The initial consultation is, quick and informative. Dan explained everything as he went through my back issue. Asking questions to work out why the issues may have started in first place. The Posture photographs are great. Showing clearly the issues causing the problems. The treatment was great. Dan explained everything in detail as he carried out several different procedures to rectify the issues. At the end of the treatment I already felt so much better and mobile. The tension in my back and neck had all been realised. I then got exercises to do that would help the problem from reoccurring. This was also sent with the photograph screening analysis by email. A great friendly and fantastic service that really makes a difference. Highly recommended.

From the moment you check in and to the moment you leave you have a good chat, you put the world to rights, you catch up and your body is rectified in the middle there too! I see Dr Emma and have for over a year now. She is wonderful, personable, intelligent and is always very honest about how I’m doing and how frequently I should come for treatment! I moved to Dr Emma’s clinic due to pregnancy over a year ago and continue to see her postpartum. I have always felt informed about what she is doing and how my chiropractic journey had to change due to pregnancy to keep everything safe. My baby and I both see Dr Emma postpartum too from 7 weeks and we continue to do so and will continue to do so. Dr Emma is great with babies and adults too! I initially visited due to ongoing hip pain and what I believed were different leg lengths — an issue that had affected me for most of my life. Fantastic experience: Went for balloon sinuplasty as had suffered for years with sinus problems. DR Dan also treated a long time shoulder injury, since seeing Dr Dan my sinus problems have improved no end and the shoulder pain is virtually non existent, He did a few tweaks on my shoulder along with a few exercise to do at home, this has made a massive improvement making sleeping better. Fantastic experience: First time been to a chiropractor and dr Dan was awesome, super friendly and welcoming explaining what everything meant, where I was getting the pain from and how it can be sorted. I walked in with very back hip and knee pain and walked out standing correctly and straight with no hip pain. I tried stretching yoga sports massages for the past 2 months and nothing has worked. Fantastic experience: Was Lucky enough to Catch Dan in Newcastle visiting my Friends Clinic, I was awaiting a consultation for Surgery on my shoulder due to a Muay Thai competition and had very limited mobility which prevented me from training. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr Dan yesterday, after years of headaches and my left arm going into spasm I now can move my head and neck so easily, I also have had sciatica since February with no real help from the NHS Dr Dan explained everything about my condition and after some treatment I feel in less pain today. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from migraines for about twenty years, going back and forth to the doctors and being given various tablets to try. Nothing really worked and the migraines became more frequent, at worst, daily. I pinned my hopes on the migraine clinic at the hospital but was disappointed when I was sent away with yet more tablets and no answers as to why I was getting these attacks. A friend recommended Simply Chiropractic and I must admit I was sceptical, especially as the "specialist" at the hospital had said, "If you don't know what causes your migraines by now, you'll never know." I am so glad I took my friend's advice. It sounds a bit dramatic, but the chiropractic sessions have changed my life! After four sessions I began to notice a change in the frequency of the attacks and now, eight sessions in I am getting just a couple a week and sometimes I can have a whole week migraine free! I have a confidence in Emma that I never had for the numerous GPs I have seen over the years. She is professional, caring, easy to talk to, a good listener with informed, sensible advice. I am hopeful that one day in the not too distant future, with Simply Chiropractic's help I will be able to manage my migraines without drugs, I'm certainly getting closer! Thank You!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise this place highly enough. I injured my back playing netball on top of a bike accident. I saw NHS physios for and they told me it was “because I was getting old” and that I should resign myself to a lifetime of pain. Before this injury I was very active (netball, yoga and gym)and I struggled on with these things but it was taking a real toll on my mental health that I couldn’t do things as well as I used to. I was recommended simply chiropractic by my colleague. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I am now very close to normal again. They took a thorough history and Dr Dan linked it all together with the bike accident. He has even treated the post concussion with the nasal balloon adjustments which has helped enormously with lingering symptoms. Can’t thank this team enough.

Fantastic experience: Booked short notice at first, now I go every 3 months to keep things as they should be! Originally had an issue with my arm/grip, and after trying everything else, decided to try the chiropractor. Dr Dan checked my spine, and found the source of the problem was a trapped nerve in my upper back. A few clunks & clicks later, and my arm/grip was sorted. Dan gave me some exercises to take away, and I made a follow up appointment for 3 months later. As I feel better after every visit, I have kept up the 3 monthly routine. Last visit was with Dr Emma - she's also vary good The whole team seems great

Fantastic experience: Truly the BEST chiropractor i’ve EVER been to! I came to Simply Chiro at a complete loss at how to cope with my body. After years of stress and weight fluctuations due to ED my joints and my entire back and neck were under so much strain and i was leaning to the point where my head effectively weighed 25.5kg instead of 5.5kg on top of my spine. Dr Emma and Fiona (wonderful receptionist) have helped me more than i can say! Dr Emma was so understanding about all of my ongoing and past struggles and made sure to tailor my treatment to be more gentle whilst giving me exercises and techniques to relax myself without overwhelming me and continually reassured my anxious mind at every appointment. They actually treat you like a human being and care so much about improving your quality of life so you don’t have to think about having appointments for the rest of your life. The goal is to actually get you better or to a point where you can manage pain and symptoms yourself. I’ve learnt so much from Dr Emma and thanks to being able to always have a lovely chat with both Emma and Fiona in just under 5 months my pain, posture and self-esteem have improved so much. They have also recently got a Naturopath whom is so lovely and filled with even more knowledge and skill. If i wasn’t moving away i would definitely visit her too. I have had chiropractors in the past but none with both the skill, kindness and genuine care these wonderful people provide. If you’re looking for a chiropractor in York there isn’t anywhere better, they have truly improved my quality of life :)

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering lower back and neck pain for quite a while and after a couple of failed NHS visits decided to see a chiropractor, I chose Simply Chiropractic and was not disappointed in any way, I met Fiona on reception a really lovely lady who has first-hand experience with this treatment, I then met Daniel the Chiropractor who is full of life, enthusiasm and knowledge he managed to get rid of most of the pain, If you are sat on the fence about this kind of treatment just give it a go you will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Good health is sometimes for granted until you suffer a painful and/or debilitating crisis. I have been unfortunate to experience more than one of these in the last 2 years and each time I have immediately contacted the very friendly, understanding and empathetic staff at the Simply Chiropractic clinic and within a fraction of an hour - I am feeling much better, with some simple and easy exercises to continue my recovery. I approached Simply Chiropractic in July 2023 having suffered many months of sciatica that took away a large percentage of my mobility. No treatment to that point had worked.
