Fantastic experience: Really recommend Victoria Griffin - she is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. A hip replacement 6 months ago left me with a slight stagger when getting up from a chair despite doing all the exercises suggested by the hospital physio team. Vicky showed me 2 different exercises and the stagger has now gone. I also had issues with my shoulder due to a lifetime of bad posture. I have seen Vicky 3 times for this and can already see an improvement.

Fantastic experience: I've had various physiotherapists for various sports injuries and they're all the same: they all point to your back and some exercises will probably fix it if you do them a thousand times a day for a thousand weeks. This time it was a climbing injury. Dan took lots of details about the nature of this injury, how it happened, when and how the pain is triggered and very quickly got to the very specific part of my knee that was causing the issue - a part i'd never heard of before. he gave me two exercises to do, gave some very clear demonstrations and set goals on them for me to beat at the next session and it work perfectly. I honestly can't stop telling people about the success i've had with this. Thanks Dan!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend enough. In just a 30 minute sports massage appointment Daniel unlocked and relieved significant hip and back pain I had been having, diagnosed problem, and gave me some physio/ stretches to help relieve the pain after the apt. After 2 days the pain was almost completely gone and it has not returned. Best money.i have spent, thank you!

Charlotte has great candour and explains what’s going on in a way that doesn’t confuse. I’ve seen lots of physios who just throw a load of exercises at you in a disingenuous manner, thankfully this isn’t the case here, where everything is targeted and explained, Charlotte is a credit to Regen physio and has done wonders for my knackered neck and shoulder !

Fantastic experience: I used Regen Physio in York for two football-related injuries, having been referred through my private medical insurer. The physiotherapy sessions with Danny were very engaging; he made them fun and informative, and he was good company throughout. The treatment programme was explained clearly every step of the way. The exercise plans provided were manageable volume-wise, and there was a good range of activities, including weights-based gym work, which made the rehab more interesting. Having been discharged, I have now made a full return to football, which I thought might not be possible prior to starting treatment. I highly recommend Regen Physio and Danny, particularly for sports injuries, and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to RegenPhysio for a while now with my shoulder. I have lots of problems with it and Daniel really makes it feel so much better. It’s pain for so much gain and it’s really worthwhile. Definitely recommend if you have a painful niggle from desk work, injury or whatever the cause.

Fantastic experience: I had an ongoing shoulder injury that was getting worse so I reached out to regen for help. I had 5-6 sessions with Harry Hodgson and I can not believe the difference it has made. Initially started out with pin pointing the problem and deep tissue work and stretches which made a huge difference followed with some rehab exercises that I did 3 times a week and over time this fixed me back to 100 percent fitness within around 2 months. I wish I had reached out to Harry much sooner instead of suffering for so long. I would strongly advise anyone with an ongoing injury to see this guy!

Fantastic experience: I have had a series of appointments with Harry Hodgson due to some long term issues, that had enabled me carrying out my usual exercise routine as well as general discomfort in every day life. He was extremely helpful and passionate about helping me with exercises and treatments that fit my level (and limitations). He explained everything very well and was quick to adapt and come up with solutions if the circumstances changed. I have been to physiotherapists and sports therapists before, and often ended up with exercises that weren't adapted to my level of training and therefore did not make a difference. However with Harry's guidance I can now train better and I have the tools that fit me and make a massive difference in my overall ability to function both during every day life and training. I 100% recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I first visited Regen physio as I was experiencing extreme stiffness in my hips. This was alleviated with a deep tissue massage on my legs , and I then attended Curtis for a further couple of appointments for a back spasm . He gave me both exercises and performed some tissue massage . These have helped me maintain mobility and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Curtis and the team at Regen .

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about Victoria's pleasant manner, professionalism, experience and knowledge. My daughter competes at a high level for GB in her chosen sport and the nature of the activity means that she often sustains injuries which need quick diagnosis and treatment to minimise the impact on training and competition. Victoria has provided excellent treatment over a number of years, and I strongly believe there is no-one better.
