Fantastic experience: I came for a physio assessment session having recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Emma’s assessment was very thorough and she explained things clearly. She came up with lots of practical advice and a daily stretching programme all of which was tailored to my needs. Most importantly I left feeling much more hopeful for the future!

Fantastic experience: Lucy is providing physio for my Mum who is in a nursing home. He remit is to get Mum fit enough following a broken shoulder to have a hip operation. Lucy works tirelessly with Mum who is not always easy but she is very good with Mum and so for the best part Mum responds and is improving. The goal is for her ultimately to have the operation and return home which with Lucy's help we hope she will get her wish. Thank you for your help and patience Julie

Fantastic experience: I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and a dropped foot . Knowing I am get less mobile as time goes by and wanted to regain a bit more independence, I phoned up Mobility Physiotherapy Ltd , recommended by my granddaughter who had been and felt confident that they could help her . I spoke with Emma and arranged an hour consultation to see if she could help . She gave me hope that over a lengthy period, she could improve my movements . I have some exercises to do at home for a month and return to see her in February. I’ve only been doing the exercises for a few days at the moment but I do them as soon as I get up so the day doesn’t go by and I have missed them . I do my bike exercise’s while watching tv at night . I do feel optimistic and with a lot of hard work and Emma’s support, I will improve and have a better life

Positive experience: After three years of immobility owing to health issues, I needed Physio to learn to walk again proper Lucy has been great and very patient with me. I have a personalised set of exercises that she changes where necessary. I am 73 years old and an ex-athlete, so do not be worried if you are an older person.

It was recommended to me initially by my POTS specialist as a place to go see a qualified Physiotherapist who understands both POTS and my other health conditions. I was treated with compassion, patience and respect. And i left feeling i understood more of what was going on with my body and with a clear path forward to begin managing my health conditions with regards to exercise. I now go once a month for a sports massage. Both masseuses I have seen have been really friendly and have listened to exactly what I need each visit. I have found that the regular massages are helping with my chronic pain. I always leave feeling very relaxed. I regularly recommend Mobility Physiotherapy to my friends and family!

Post hip replacement, I had help from Katherine and Carol who were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable not only re the msk /physio work but also of my fibromyalgia. I am also indebted to Emma for directing me to the Insight Timer free app, which has been invaluable in calming my overactive brain and helping me relax and get off to sleep more easily. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Emma deals with my treatment at home as I am unable to attend the clinic in person. I have had several courses of treatment over the past 4 years both NHS/private/UCLH(University College London Hospital) and have made more progress in the last 6 months with Emma's guidance/treatment than the first 3 years. Emma wastes not one second of the sessions we have and each week I am presented with a new and dare I say taxing, exercise to develop my ability to walk unaided. She is more than capable of assessing what is needed to get the best from me. Her manner is firm/pleasant/ and always encouraging. Finally I have to say I have not had one session where I have not improved both physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I've been having treatment from Mobility Physiotherapy since the end of February 2023 to help me with my Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) I've seen countless physiotherapists since 2009, tried all kinds of alternative treatments, and Katherine is without doubt the best I've seen - I can't recommend her and the company as a whole highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I called Mobility Physiotherapy on behalf of my Mum, who after being diagnosed with spinal stenosis was finding it difficult to walk and was losing mobility very quickly. After a discussion with Emma, who was lovely, we made an appointment with Carol to do a home visit. Carol has been absolutely fantastic. She is wonderful with my Mum and very understanding. Mum's walking is improving every week and the whole family is so pleased. I really couldn't recommend Carol enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had a total hip replacement and I have been working with Emma for a few weeks. I have found her advice and insight to be excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Mobility Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: In December I had sciatica and at one point I could only walk a few hundred metres before the pain stopped me. Emma provided excellent advice, exercises and massage. By mid February the pain was completely gone which meant I could enjoy my holiday in Australia without any pain. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had my first experience of Physiotherapy this morning and all I can say is WOW! I have had problems with my shoulder for as long as I can remember and I go for massages to help with the tension and the knots but the relief is only short term. My husband suggested I go see a physio so for once I listened and booked in with the lovely Emma. The level of knowledge and expertise blew my mind. Emma was able to detect the problem and after various questions we discovered how and why my shoulder had been causing me discomfort. We also discovered that everything on my right side had been affected which until you stand in front of a mirror and certain things are pointed out, I wouldn’t have been aware. It turns out I don’t even breath properly which is why my ribs hurt when I go running. I was totally fascinated by everything she had to say. It’s not going to be a quick fix but I feel confident that with Emma’s knowledge, guidance and healing hands it will help make significant improvements. Thanks Emma.
