Fantastic experience: I've been really impressed with Sano. The physios (Nathaniel and Afsah) have been great - both really friendly, good at listening to my needs and they have made big improvements to my knee issues.

Fantastic experience: I was referred following an accident. Muhammed Meraj was extremely helpful and in addition to recovering from my injury, I have learnt a lot of useful exercises which will have longer-term benefits.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really positive experience with my physiotherapist, Nathaniel, following an accident that left me dealing with whiplash, as well as ongoing pain in my shoulder and elbow. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my recovery. Through a series of regular treatments, he carefully assessed my condition and tailored each session to target the areas that needed the most attention. He also took the time to explain the process and provided helpful advice and exercises to support my recovery between appointments. Thanks to his expertise, I’ve seen a significant improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. My shoulder and elbow feel much better, and the effects of the whiplash have greatly reduced. I’m really grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist.

My neck and upper back pain, which was really affecting my quality of life due to my desk job, has significantly improved after just two sessions. Afsah is not only a skilled physiotherapist but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She’s provided me with some great exercises that have helped alleviate my pain, and the therapy sessions themselves have been incredibly beneficial. I can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I had four sessions with Charlotte over the past 8 or so weeks and my knee is completely better, it’s hard to even believe it was causing me such regular trouble before. I found Charlotte very knowledgeable and helpful, appointments run on time and the clinic is nice inside. Parking is street parking but you can always get parked at least somewhere nearby if not outside the door. I did once have to park about 5 mins up the street - just something to note if you have mobility concerns.

Positive experience: Akanksha/Sano: easy to get to venue Chapel Allerton. She is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, decisive and clear. The venue is hot, the drawn shutters not very nice but I get privacy is needed. I think linking to an online system /app for homework would be better with sets and reps input by clinician. Checking what is realistic and motivational interviewing skills help more. It was a lot I was set and doing a goodbye statement before a client is ready to leave is a little rude and not genuine.

Negative experience: Poor management, the first lady with whom I had an appointment called me an hour earlier than when I got there to be told to wait another 30 minutes because the lady who actually had an appointment didn't confirm her arrival and I didn't have I understand why she keeps looking only at me to force me to agree to stay until she does the treatment....She didn't confirm her appointment, it's strictly her problem, to wait....(but she rescheduled her day ) when I was invited for the treatment, of course it didn't last as long as it should have...15 minutes, of course because the lady was probably in a hurry. This is the attention with which we treat clients....I remind you that these clients are the ones who bring you a salary in your accounts and I think you should learn how to treat them...in 15 minutes no problem is solved patient....

Fantastic experience: I've used Sano a number of times in relation to my knee. The diagnosis has been a reassurance and follow up treatment has helped me to get back to doing exercise quickly. All physiotherapists that I've seen have been very good. The location is great being only a few minutes walk from home.

Fantastic experience: Good efficient service happy so far

Positive experience: I’ve received 3 sessions, 2 of treatment. The staff member was professional and managed to locate the source of the problem well. The treatment certainly seemed to help. However, recently a booked appointment was suddenly cancelled, I received an odd call with no explanation, and I feel it would have been courteous to have been told why. I was offered an alternative with another practitioner, but even so I would have liked an explanation regarding the cancellation with the practitioner who was familiar with my case. It’s odd that the venue claims to be in the city centre as it’s situated in Chapel Allerton, which is not the city centre. The building is small but adequately equipped. For my treatment I had to lie on my back. The lights in the ceiling are extremely bright and old fashioned, which made the experience somewhat uncomfortable forcing me to close my eyes and squint. I would definitely recommend installing lighting that is more fit for purpose.

Fantastic experience: After having issues after an injury in Feb with my hip, groin and thigh region and after suffering for months, in considerable pain and debilitation. I decided to visit Sano Physio in June and was put under the care of Charlotte, after only 6 sessions of seeing her, she has enabled me to get back to my regular routine, pain free. I cannot thank her enough for the care and attention with my rehabilitation with exercise and massage of the affected area, she has been an absolute god send and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I attended a number of sessions at Sano Physiotherapy for treatment to help with a hip problem and an associated weakening of leg strength. Harry Pseftelis dealt with me throughout and was great at listening and understanding the issues and coming up with an effective treatment plan. This involved some stretching sessions at Sano as well as creating an exercise plan tailored to me. This was very effective and made a huge difference in building back up my strength and flexibility and eliminating entirely some symptoms such as not being able to get comfortable in bed. As the sessions progressed Harry tweaked the plan based on my progress and feedback and was always taking the time to listen, understand and give advice. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harry Pseftelis to anyone needing a good physiotherapist.

Negative experience: I nearly walked out. The woman I saw didn't say anything as she came to collect me from the waiting room. I guessed I was to follow her, so did. Once in the room she still didn't introduce herself, so I asked her name. I even asked if she was OK. There was no explanation of how the appointment would proceed, shed just walk to the bed, put her gloves on without saying a word and gestured me over. When I asked what might cause a finding she described from my back exam she replied 'I dunno' and shrugged like a teenager. The appointment was 15 minutes short of the hour - given I paid over £70, I'm furious. Zero evidence of any knowledge or communication skills, let alone manners. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte was excellent! The right amount of concern and care, but she also made sure my daughter stuck to the task and put the effort in on her exercises. My daughter felt at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to use Charlotte again.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad shoulder that was causing me pain through the day and stopping me from going to the gym. James was able to diagnose the problem and work with me to improve the pain. I am no longer having any pain in my shoulder and would recommend to anyone with similar difficulties.

Fantastic experience: Being sat at a desk all day had created several areas of pain in my body and I decided to go for a professional Physio with a budget of £££ and target to recover in 2020. I must say Arel has supported me in the journey to recover within ££ and achieve my goal to recover. Over 5 sessions Arel re-worked my running technique to remove my knee pain which I thought was going to stop me from doing the Leeds Olympic distance triathlon and was even making walking painful. A few months later I’ve been able to compete more triathlons (including a Middle Distance) and run half marathons. I currently have no knee pain. Arel is brilliant and I highly recommend his therapy to others.
