Fantastic experience: I went to see Kateryna in a lot of pain, following a trapped nerve in my neck. Kateryna was professional, friendly and reassuring. 4 weeks later, I am pretty much free from pain. Her treatment has been amazing, I am still waiting for the NHS to send me for physiotherapy, which is clearly not now needed.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dominique at Crossgates Chiropractic Clinic after developing neck pain and booking through Vitality health insurance. The appointment was arranged very quickly, which was a great help when I was in discomfort. Dominique carried out a very thorough assessment and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve previously seen chiropractors who focused purely on manipulation, but Dominique provides a much more holistic approach — combining massage, acupuncture and manipulation as part of the treatment. After three sessions, the results have been incredible. My pain has completely gone, my range of motion is back to maximum, and the tension in the affected area has fully resolved. I’m now focusing on maintenance rather than recovery, which says everything about the effectiveness of the treatment. Dominique is friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. I would highly recommend Dominique and Crossgates Chiropractic Clinic to anyone looking for a thorough, effective and well-rounded chiropractic service.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Jodie 3 times in the last couple of weeks. She has worked wonders. I was in agony with lower back pain. She has treated me with care and attention. Jodie used a variety of tools and techniques including acupuncture. I trusted her completely with the treatment plan. I now aim to see Jodie to maintain my back health on an ongoing basis.

Fantastic experience: I recently returned to the Crossgates Chiropractic Clinic due to a pretty annoying running injury. I had used this service years ago for a back injury and the results then were great. It was the same this time round, I was given a prompt appointment with Derek and a diagnosis and treatment plan within the first visit! I was lucky that this practice has the cold laser therapy, that’s a miracle treatment in itself! Derek is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and provides calm and constructive advice and treatment! My injury has healed quickly enabling me to continue my running and I have incorporated the exercises recommended to me into my warm up routine (most days)! Derek was very understanding of my situation (I run every day to get to work) and was able to keep me on my feet so to speak. I’m glad that I made the appointment and if you are hesitant about seeking advice, I would just see how it goes for you, the aim is make you move as pain free as possible and keep you moving! Fantastic experience: I've been going to Jodie weekly for the past month now and every week my hips and lower back are feeling less painful. I could barely turn or bend without severe pain and there was a constant pressure and aching which was relieved by nothing other than vast amounts of painkillers. I am on week 2 without pain relief and I feel like a different person already. There's still a way to go but I feel so confident in her expertise and she is such a sweet person. 100% professional and she takes time to let you explain how the symptoms have been through the week and treat them accordingly. I'm a hairdresser of 26 years so I've been to plenty of chiropractors, osteopaths and physio's over the years and Jodie is by far the best. I have a mixture of acupuncture, deep massage, stretches, compression and exercises to do at home and I feel the combination is perfect and worth every penny. I just want to add that I have gone to far more expensive, experienced people but not seen the results I am experiencing with Jodie. I would give her 100 out of 10 if I could!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Angela in January 2025 for nutrition advice as I was struggling to lose weight, going through the menopause & was generally feeling very down. Angela went through my lifestyle, diet etc, then discussed what types of foods to eat, explaining in great detail about which foods keep you fuller , portion sizes & which type of excersise to do. Fast forward two months and what a difference! I've lost 6lb & 14cm from my waist! I feel motivated, im exercising the foods I'm eating are healthy. At no point have I gone to gym, bought any weights all I've done is put into practice what Angela said and do the excersises she gave me; I'm now seeing the results. Angela has been working on my glutes as we ascertained that they are weak. They feel better already and quite a bit of pain has gone and I’m now more flexible. I wasn’t expecting much but OMG it has literally been the best experience of my life, I can move freely, I rarely take painkillers and I am sleeping so much better. Fantastic experience: Ive been having sports massage with Angela Gibbons since 2020. I am a community Nurse and drive hundreds of miles my neck back and my shoulder get very tight and painful. At first i needed to go to Angela every week to be able continue to work comfortably but she has managed to get on top of most of my pain and movement issues that i only need to go once a month to get all the little knots out. She has also sorted out any other transient issue i may get from doing sport. I find Angela very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Fantastic experience: I originally started going for sport massages with Angela about 18 months ago for problems with my shoulder. After a few weeks the problems was resolved. Angela is now working on my lower back and hip problem with the chiropractor, Derek. Both have provided me with useful guidance and exercises to help me and each week I am seeing an improvement and the pain is reducing and the movement is improving. Fantastic experience: Both myself & my partner have been seeing Byron fairly regularly for sports massage therapy, for various niggles and pains. We’ve been super impressed with his wealth of knowledge and genuine passion for what he does. We’ve seen numerous physio’s in the past but non have come close to solving our aches and pains but things are definitely improving now, thanks Byron. I have also been treated by Derek earlier this year for a very accurate lower back injury, I was in agony but I felt improvements following the first session with Derek and within a few weeks he had me back to being able to work and move normally again. Fantastic experience: I started going to the clinic a couple of months ago after years of pain and discomfort in my shoulder, after the first session with Brittany I immediately started to feel less pressure and pain, over the course of the sessions I’ve had she has really gone in depth about what muscle groups, sources of the pain and what other areas it can affect, the knowledge she has is second to none. The price of each session is also very low for the quality of service received!

Fantastic experience: My first appointment here at Crossgates Chiropractor was in early May 23. I went in with Lower Back pain. I met Brittany and I explained that I was a bit of a sceptic of the treatment offered. Brittany got started with an Assessment and having read my medical form that I had completed beforehand she offered me Advice on treatment if I was happy to continue. I was, and am Glad that I did carry on and have treatment from Brittany. It started with Massage and Stimulation and Simple Exercises. I had Medical Tape on my back until my next appointment the following week. I didn’t Appreciate how Chiropractor Treatment worked until now. Rather than being Fobbed Off with Pain Killers, I was actually having treatment That Worked. When my first appointment was booked I was on 12 pain killing tablets a day, now I’m taking just 2 Thanks to the Great Work done by Brittany. I have had Massage, Acupuncture, and Stimulation Therapy along with Simple Exercises for my homework. I have nothing but High Praise and Many Thanks for the Great Treatment given to me by Brittany. Positive experience: After hurting my back whilst on holiday I was recommended the clinic by a friend. I rang up and managed to get in the same day. The service I received was outstanding and even after one session my back began to get better, I was given exercises to do at home. I would recommend these at the drop off a hat.

Fantastic experience: When I first attended Crossgates Chiropractic Clinic, I was suffering with terrible migraines/headaches. I was also on medication to help relieve some of the pain I was experiencing as it was that bad. After a few appointments with Amelia I noticed an improvement and the pain lessened. Now after further treatment my headaches have significantly improved. I feel much happier in myself and can go about daily activities without feeling tired or suffering with head pains. The staff at the Practice have always been very helpful and I would highly recommend a visit if suffering with headaches, back or other pain. Amelia is fantastic at her job and always puts me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service and treatment. Amelia is amazing at what she does and can always relieve any issues I have with my back and muscles in general. She applies both immediate relief as well as long term relief techniques. Regardless of the specific issue I'm dealing with at the time (as I have many muscular skeletal problems), she is always able to both diagnose, and correct the problem.
