Fantastic experience: Paul was recommended to me after wanting to see a physio due to pain which had stopped me running for 5 months. On my first appointment Paul was able to identify what was causing the pain and set me up with a physio plan. After a couple months I'm now back to running completely pain free. Would certainly pass on the recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. I approached 3R with pain in my abdomen and also pain to my lower back. The pain to my abdomen was new but the pain in the lower back was longstanding and stemmed from medical procedures. During my initial consultation, Paul was able to diagnose that my abdomen pain stemmed from the problems with my lower back. Paul gave me a back strengthening exercise routine, which was demanding but which I was able to complete most days. After only 3 sessions with Paul, I can honestly say that I am amazed by the progress. My back feels much stronger, the abdomen pain has disappeared and my back pain has improved enormously. I went to 3R hoping to eliminate the abdomen pain but didn’t think my lower back pain would improve because I had felt it for a number of years. The fact that I can stand up without so much as a twinge is an absolute bonus. I couldn’t recommend Paul highly enough. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Paul is very professional and friendly. He listened to me and gave me specific exercises to help. Initial exercises were easy to do within my daily routine and can be built up with time. He gave good sets of instructions with diagrams that were easy to follow, I would recommend Paul to anyone with physio needs.

Negative experience: Very poor and expensive. Too much talking and too little hands on treatment that i badly needed. I couldn’t get on to see my usual physio in Leeds who is also used to treating sportsmen injuries at national level. She spend the whole session hands on and I leave feeling on top of the world. This physio therapist was exactly the same as nhs physios. Too much talking and exercises with little or normally no hands on treatment. I was also asked to return a crutch to him that I hadn’t borrowed which I found upsetting and wasn’t sure if it was a ruse just to get a response from me. I wouldn’t return .

Fantastic experience: After undergoing surgery on a ruptured ACL I was informed by my surgeon that at least 9-12 months of intensive physio would be required to regain a normal level of mobility. Following a tailored plan of specific and targeted exercises, Paul supported me to achieve normal mobility within 6 months. He is understanding, encouraging and always offering additional advice to make sure your recovery is on track. It is clear he is extremely diligent and an expert in his profession. I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and support in helping me get back to normality in my everyday life, and I would highly recommend his service to anyone requiring rehabilitation for musculoskeletal issues both mild and severe.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say. First time I went Paul was great. Only had a few appointments but got to the route cause of my back issues. Paul is great and provides after care service with exercises. I was nervous before I went but absolutely no need to be. I started with another issue over a week ago and again Paul fit me in quickly and you can tell its important he gets to the issue of the issue. I didn't feel nervous this time as I knew there was no need to be. I will be continuing my treatment until resolved. I would definitely recommend Paul. Kath

Fantastic experience: Three weeks before I was due to run the Chicago marathon, I had an accident, leaving me unable to walk, so I called 3RPhysio. After a thorough and professional investigation, Paul diagnosed a calf muscle tear and built a plan with the aim of getting to the marathon start line. He was really supportive and reassuring, and his knowledge and experience is evident. Not only did I get to the start line, through diligently doing the exercises he prescribed, I also got to the finish! I honestly don’t think I’d have done that without Paul’s help. I even got a message after the race, asking how I’d got on. Top class physio, I’d recommend him to anyone.

Positive experience: Easy location to get to with plenty of free parking. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was great. Communication regarding the appointment was clear and appropriate and I was sent an invoice immediately as requested. I also received a check up message to see how I was getting on which I thought was thoughtful. The exercises that were recommended helped with my issue and they were written down for me which I was very grateful for as I probably would have forgotten some of them. I'd use the service again.

Paul identified the issues and by using acupuncture (Yes, never had this before and was sceptical but seems to have worked ), massage and exercises I am now back exercising. Fantastic experience: Went to see Paul after a minor ankle injury - it turns out it wasn't that bad but having never injured myself before I was panicking quite a bit. Paul was really friendly and talked me through the injury and advised me how best to get back to my usual activities - which was greatly reassuring as I was too scared to go back to gym in case I made the injury worse! Paul clearly knows his stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to go back with any other issues. The clinic is located inside garforth leisure centre which is handy and there is free parking just outside if you need it. Appointments available at weekends and evenings. Thanks again to Paul!

Fantastic experience: I sought help from Paul at 3RPhysiotherapy after a knee replacement operation. He is very prompt and professional when replying to enquiries which was much appreciated. He gave me lots of helpful advice, exercise worksheets to take home and helped enormously with hands on physio on my lower leg muscles. Fantastic experience: I saw Paul for a problem with my shoulder, he took the time to assess and understand what was going on, then treated me with massage and acupuncture over three sessions. He gave me exercises to do at home, making sure that I knew how to do them. The problem isn't completely resolved but I'm confident that it will be provided that I continue with the exercises. The acupuncture helped to release tight muscles so I have normal movement back. Paul has a very pleasant manner and was very considerate at all times, checking that I wasn't in discomfort. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder whilst climbing. It had become weaker and painful. Paul assessed it, provided some treatment and provided a series of graded exercises-these were very clear. Paul communicates very well so that I could follow them and do them properly! Fantastic experience: I visited 3R with a terrible lower back pain and spasms that made me afraid to move. Even Morphine didn't seem to do anything and the frequency was getting worse. Jamie assessed me, checked for "red flags" and proceeded to somehow remove the cause of the pain with his bare hands, like some sort of wizard! Within 2 visits in 3 days, I was able to walk home. Now feeling 100% and have a useful list of exercises to help keep my back in shape. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I attended a series of sessions with Paul to ease pain and improve range of movement following a badly broken and dislocated ankle. The physio I received was hugely effective and allowed me to resume walking and cycling activities almost pain free. Highly recommended.

I only had the necessary amount of sessions needed to fix my pain and the results were instant. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff! Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. When I started seeing him I was in constant pain in my hip/lower back and unable to do my favourite exercises such as Zumba, aerobics and dance classes. Fantastic experience: Decided to visit Paul following an injury I received while running. Paul quickly diagnosed this as Achilles tendinopathy and began treatment immediately. He came up with a plan to get me back up and running in the shortest time while ensuring I continued to heal and didn't cause any further damage. Over the course of a few weeks of treatment with Paul and following his suggested home exercises I was steadily back up and running again and am now at a point where I can continue with my marathon training. Highly recommended.
