Fantastic experience: The practice is wonderful. The reception staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I see Emily regularly and her expert knowledge, care and understanding helps me navigate life with chronic pain. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I originally attended an appointment with a senior osteopath for neck problems which were alleviated after a few sessions. I was impressed with the holistic and positive approach to a range of symptoms which could otherwise be written off as 'just old age'. I now rely on regular appointments to help keep me active.

Fantastic experience: This is a friendly clinic; reception staff are so helpful and give a warm welcome. The waiting room and treatment rooms are spotless. I’ve been very happy with the practitioner I use, who is thorough, professional and puts me at ease. The only negative is sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment but that’s only because they are in demand due to the quality service.

Fantastic experience: I took my 6 week old baby as she had shoulder Dystocia in birth leaving her tense and uncomfortable. after 3 sessions with Aisha I have a completely different baby who’s relaxed and happy. I would recommend Aisha to all parents with newborns. Thank you for being so great :)

Fantastic experience: The practice has a very warm, calm and inviting atmosphere helped by the friendly, polite and courteous reception staff. Treatment started promptly and I felt like my 4 week old was in very good hands with Simon Barnard. Baby was so relaxed in his care and Simon was also friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. We are returning customers to Simon who first treated my son after a tongue tie division in 2022 then we brought my daughter who was 4 weeks old at the time for treatment following a tongue tie division also. If it wasn't for Simon who realised there was still tension in her body (and that the tie was still present), we would never have referred her back to ENT. Sure enough, it was not cut fully the first time and was cut properly at 4 months old by the NHS. Forever grateful to Simon for his care and attention.

Fantastic experience: I’m a professional dancer and I first started going to the Good Health Centre in 2016 following an injury. Since then, Sebastian has been an essential part of my ongoing care, and I continue to see him regularly. He has an excellent understanding of the demands placed on the body, especially for physically intensive work, and his treatments are always thoughtful, precise, and effective. Sebastian takes the time to really understand what’s going on and works in a way that supports long-term health, not just short-term relief. His work has played a big role in keeping me performing at my best over the years. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Fantastic experience: From the second I walked through the door I was made to feel very welcome in a clean, tidy and comfortable environment. My appointment with Josh was conducted in a professional manner setting out exactly what what would be covered and I’ve got to say, this guy really knows his stuff, explaining in detail what could be causing my sciatica and how the pain can be relieved with the correct manipulation, posture and exercises. Having suffered with sciatica for a long period of time, over 2 years, I left the appointment feeling unbelievably so much better. I would highly recommend to anyone suffering with any type of joint pain to get in touch with the Good Health Centre and ask if they can help!!

Fantastic experience: High levels of presentation and professional approach from outside appearance to the intimacy of a consultation. As a patient/client I would rate professional competance very highly although it should professional peers to give the most worthy of accolades. I understand the Good Health Centre is rated as the leading centre of its type in the UK ... not sure by whom! I have paid occasional visits for over 35 years to see two osteopaths who are still in practice at GHC ('occasional' as there are fees to pay which don't always match a slim pocket even if my level of discomfort justifies an appointment). I have always come away congratulating myself on money well spent especially if I've managed to fulfil expectations about carrying out prescribed exercises at home!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few appointments at the Good Health Centre now, namely with Peyman. He is really good. He’s takes the time to really understand the problem you’re experiencing and then gives expert advice that’s understandable, with really good quality follow up exercises. He’s managed to help me resolve a few running injuries I’ve experienced whilst marathon training. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a few rugby issues stemming from a back injury, shoulder injury, and neck injury. My shoulder had been popping out repeatedly for around nine years; the treatment and aftercare were hands down the best I have come across, where I had been failed in the past, they didn’t disappear. They have fixed the issues I have been having for all those years, and I have been fault free for over a year now. Everyone is friendly & really welcoming. Josh was my physician & he is the best around!

Fantastic experience: A one stop shop for a vast array of treatments and techniques. Well worth a visit. Can help pre-existing conditions and a great option for maintaining good flexibility and movement.

Negative experience: Wouldn't see me because I don't have perfect hygiene Wouldn't recommend I don't care they don't want me but they should of made reasonable adjustments for my disability don't recommend for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments here for acupuncture treatment for a neck issue. The therapist was very knowledgeable and explained how the treatment worked. After both treatment sessions I could feel the benefits and felt I had been given some good advice to help avoid similar problems reappearing.

He’s a great communicator and from the moment I walked in, he took the time to properly listen and understand what was going on, not just physically but more broadly too. His approach felt really holistic – it wasn’t just about relieving the pain but figuring out where it was coming from. The treatment itself was deep and thorough, but in a good way, exactly what my body needed. I left feeling lighter, looser, and honestly, just more hopeful. Fantastic experience: I have been having osteopathy appointments with Josh consistently for the past year. Josh has been fantastic in assisting me with foot, lower, mid and upper back problems as well as advising me to see a specialist which resulted in me identifying hip impingement as a key cause for lower back problems. We have worked on these issues and I am now in the best place I have been in well over 5 years. Josh's knowledge is incredible and ability to identify best treatments not only in the sessions but his commitment to helping with guidance and exercises to take away has been invaluable. He's also very friendly and takes a real interest in you and your recovery. I would highly recommend! The Good Health Centre clinic is also fantastic. It is clean, has everything you need for the various treatments, and the staff are always lovely and polite.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment by Daniel.,the treatments were 6wks of shock.wave therapy & 2wks of needling.,when I first attended I’d unbearable pain in my hip radiating to my knee. Walking & exercise was becoming a challenge. After the shockwave therapy the pain in my knee disappeared and the hip pain became manageable. The improvement was 75% better from initial consultation. I’m resuming my gymn classes & exercise regimen to see if the improvement is long term., I’d recommend Daniel to anyone with similar symptoms to what I had., Daniel also listens to his patient & works with you to manage one’s symptoms & pain.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Lydia since 2022 for holistic rebalancing massages and have found her treatments utterly transformative. Lydia uses a combination of holistic therapies totally tailored to you and what you’re experiencing so it’s a truly bespoke session every time. She really takes the time to listen to how you’re feeling and cares so much about her patients. I came to her when I was very unwell with long covid and she helped me relax, lessen my anxiety and start to address things to help me truly start to heal. I no longer live in Leeds, but a session with Lydia is an essential every time I’m back in the area. Lydia is a very gifted healer.

Fantastic experience: I first came to the clinic in 1999 to see Ami and would never think to go anywhere else for my holistic health care. I had a life changing health diagnosis at age 26 and have had the most incredible regular treatments ever since (now 35!). The support, positivity and healing I receive from all the staff is exceptional. I have seen many of the practitioners at the Good Health Centre for treatments for multiple sclerosis and other ailments over the years and the dedication to my health from all has been transformative. Fantastic experience: After suffering a back injury I had been in severe pain for several days. I arranged an appointment with The Good Health Centre, Roundhay Leeds on the day I called. During my appointment with Adnaan I was diagnosed, given an initial session of treatment and had everything explained clearly. I now know exactly what the problem is and how to take additional steps in between my appointments to maximise the effect of therapy. I'm very pleased indeed. Especially as I can feel beneficial effects already.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from knee and calf pain and very restricted mobility for some weeks I made an appointment with John (physiotherapist) at the Good Health Centre. The centre itself is very welcoming, with a friendly receptionist and a quiet, clean relaxed ambiance. In terms of treatment John has been excellent. At the first appointment he spent a long time completing a physical examination, and was able to clearly explain what the issue was and why, up this point, it wasn’t improving, and more importantly what the treatment plan would be. Now after three sessions with him, and having carefully followed the movement exercises he prescribed ( which can helpfully be viewed on video) my knee / calf issue is well on the road to recovery and I have most of my mobility back. I’m in no doubt that further appointments with John will bring my knee back to 100% I’d definitely recommend him without hesitation

Most recently I was treated by one of their newest team members, John Naddaf, who quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue and set up an excellent treatment programme. Fantastic experience: Louise was brilliant with my 3 month old daughter. She even offered to have a look at our son (twins) to check that he was okay aswell. She talked to us throughout the appointment to let us know what she was doing and what her findings were with our babies. She took her time and didn’t seem in a rush to get us over and done with. She was such a great help and even showed us what to do at home to help relieve our daughter’s tension and advised if we do that then we won’t need to be back! Really happy with her. Me and my partner both came out of the appointment singing her praises. The receptionist was also lovely and was talking to us during our wait as we got there abit early. Would recommend to everyone. I have experienced great results for what I know is a difficult condition, severe arthritis in my elbow that I have had for over 20 years.
