Fantastic experience: My physio was Bhavin. From the very first session he understood what the problem was and provided appropriate exercises to address it. He was always very friendly and calm and provided explanation of which muscles were the issue. The issue had now been about 80-90% resolved and means I am now able to run on the treadmill again.

My physio was Bhavinkumar Patel I couldn't have wished for anyone better. Listened to my issues and addressed them with great knowledge and the exact exercise to help. Introducing me to the Ascenti app helped too with useful programs and videos of exercises. My injury cleared up alot sooner than expected so I can get out running again. More than happy.
