Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful for the care, attention and treatment I have received from Angela at the Colton Health Hub. Her professional physiotherapy skills and advice have helped me return to normal activities and maintain a more positive and healthy lifestyle. From the first appointment my shoulder pain reduced greatly and has continued to improve to a point where I can fully use my shoulder again without pain.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service. Very efficient staff who are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment rooms are very clean, tidy and relaxing. The booking service is easy to use and they always do their best to help me find an appointment. On a personal note the chiropractor I see, Kateryna Kokotenko is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge is beyond believe and covers other aspects of treatment. She is so friendly, puts me at ease as soon as I walk in and listens to my issues. Fantastic experience: I've suffered with moderate back pain for many years and decided to see a physio as it was gradually getting worse. After a thorough assessment we agreed a plan involving easy daily exercises and 5 to 6 laser treatments/ massage as required. It's worked a treat and now have no back pain. Fantastic experience: My first course of treatment with the Clinic was for a lower back problem in 2025 with Dominique. I had suffered for 6 months from pulling my back while lifting a mattress of all things and believed it would get better with time but didn’t. I couldn’t go to the gym for 8 months but after 4 treatment sessions I was able to return to the gym in August 2025 Not only has my back felt much better but a long standing issue with nervous pain in my hip I had just come to accept over the years was resolved with the treatment. I found Dominique very professional but outgoing and easy to talk to and listened intently to why I had possibly had other pain in areas like my hip and could relate them to the improvements I was feeling after treatment. It’s been great being back at the gym however when I started to feel pain and weakness in my shoulder lifting from returning to the gym I arranged treatment back with the practice. Currently undergoing my treatment with Kateryna after 2 sessions I have been able to resume more normal lifting at the gym increasing weight by 20kg and less pain with certain movements. Like Dominique Kateryna has explained how everything works and is connected and offered guidance on my posture which had immediate positive results back in the gym. Kateryna is professional and friendly and Iam very pleased I didn’t battle on thinking it will get better on its own. While Iam still having treatment the results have in such a short time allowed me to back in the 4 to 5 times a week. I just wish I had acted sooner in the past with my hip and back to enjoy a better quality of life.

Fantastic experience: My review is for Kateryna the chiropractor, been seeing kat for the past few weeks for a very painful shoulder with very limited mobility and after a few short appointments I have lots more movement and my pain has subsided greatly,kat is a kind caring professional and has explained why I had my pain and what she's done to relieve it and recommended exercises at home to continue my recovery, she only sees you when she feels you need you go and extends your appointments accordingly,I'm very happy with the treatment Kat's been providing, thankyou so much

Fantastic experience: I have used the chiropractor services for two different issues over the past 18 months. I first had a consultation with Vaugh in 2024 for a reoccurring back problem that surfaced when playing golf. Vaugh was excellent in identifying and fixing the old muscle tear over a number of weeks. Fillowing the treatment my problem have not come back (now March 2026). Having received the excellent service by Vaughan, I followed up with another issue regarding neck strain and headaches, finding a specialist Amelia. Amelia was excellent, helping to relieve my neck strain which had become endemic, caused by daily computer use. My headaches reduced. Amelia explained clearly and indepth the reasons for headache caused by strains and offered other advice as well as treatment. Excellent service. I would highly recommend, and have done to others.

Fantastic experience: I visited Amelia from 35-38 weeks of pregnancy and was so impressed by the change I saw in my back and hip pain. I had assumed it was maybe too late in my pregnancy to make a change to the pain or that pain is just a ‘normal’ part of pregnancy but in reality, after only 1 or 2 appointments, my pain was significantly reduced and I’m convinced that Amelia’s help to realign my pelvis was why I had a super quick delivery. Amelia was thorough, knowledgeable and clearly cares about her work.

She gave me helpful exercises to do at home and within the sessions used a mixture of laser therapy, acupuncture and manipulation, listening to me with what was working and when it was too painful! Fantastic experience: After a short, NHS physio appointment, trying to carry out exercises given to me, I decided that I wanted to try a more personal, 'hands on' approach that meant paying for private physiotherapy support. Angela has treated me using acupuncture and equipment to target scar tissue and tight muscles. She is very honest about my having to work to build muscle. I continue to exercise and I'm feeling much better after only two sessions. The sites she works from have easy access to parking and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend her personable and professional approach.

Fantastic experience: Fast and efficient. Very clean and clinical. Reception staff most helpful and it wasn't overly busy by any means. Car parking can be difficult so it's always a good idea to get a lift or somebody wait for you in case parking is limited or busy at the time of your visit.

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful my midwife (@Your_Privat Midwife") recommended Amelia and Colton Health Hub when I mentioned the sciatica I was experiencing on my left side in my third trimester. I hadn't realized a chiropractor would be willing to treat me at this stage of my advanced pregnancy. The bothersome pain disappeared after the very first visit! Fantastic experience: I booked to visit Amelia as I was feeling lost with the constant pain of my chronic migraine condition. The NHS said they could only offer more pain killers but other than that I was at the end of the road and would just have to deal with it. I felt that my neck made my condition worse. Fantastic experience: I sought physiotherapy treatment with Angela at Colton Health Hub for recovery from a pectoralis major/ Bicep tendon tear, following a recommendation by a family member. My primary goal was to regain strength, regain full range of motion and eliminate my daily pain. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Angela. From the first appointment, they were very friendly, professional and demonstrated their expertise and knowledge. I was very impressed during the initial assessment when Angela took the time to explain the root cause of my injury and symptoms. They developed a treatment plan that was tailored to me. The sessions themselves have involved a combination of manual therapy, massage and acupuncture. The exercises prescribed were progressive and challenging and not just a generic routine. I was given clear instructions for my at-home exercise program, which Angela demonstrated and ensured I was doing them correctly before trying them at home. Over the course of the sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my pain level dropping, my strength increasing so that I can finally do press ups properly and get back to day-to-day activities and training again. The Colton Health Hub facilities are excellent. It is clean, calm and well-equipped to deal with my issues. The reception staff (Angela's daughter) is always very friendly and helpful with booking appointments and the whole process is very efficient. I highly recommend Angela and Colton Health Hub for anyone experiencing injury problems. They not only fixed my injury but also empowered me with the knowledge and tools to manage my injury should I experience something similar again. The investment in this treatment was worth every penny and entirely worth it to get me back to fitness again.

Fantastic experience: Brittany has treated every member of our family for the last few years including throughout my pregnancy and then my son from 6 weeks to 7 months. She is fantastic. Brittany is so passionate about chiropractic care and her particular specialisms in women’s health, pre/postnatal mechanics and baby chiro care. She regularly recommended additional resources throughout my pregnancy and would empower me to feel confident to speak up and advocate for my personal health and wellbeing. My son loved his sessions with Brittany. As a c section and large baby he had some skeletal tightness which Brittany worked on and provided some advice and exercises for us to work on at home. On top of being a total professional, she is a genuinely lovely and caring person who makes you feel at ease within minutes of your first appointment.

Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing Angela for a number of years initially for sports massage & nutrition advice. I now see her for Physio after her recently qualifying with a first class honours degree. I cannot recommend Angela enough, the knowledge she has on nutrition has helped me greatly to lose weight sensibly; she is also able to carry out health checks which i have had In addition to Physio she also offers acupuncture which i have hound helps. I would definitely 100% recommend Angela.

Fantastic experience: I see Angela for physiotherapy and for regular deep tissue sports massage as part of my ongoing maintenance. I have had lots of deep tissue treatments over the years and Angela is by far the best practitioner I’ve had. She works at your pace and depth of massage as she appreciates everybody has different needs. I like a very firm deep tissue and she delivers the perfect balance of pressure for me and always covers all my niggle points in one session. She’s also a qualified physiotherapist and recently helped me with some ongoing achilles issues which has meant I am fit for my upcoming half marathon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Angela. She’s thorough, professional and knowledgeable and has a wonderful approach. She’s also a complete diamond and I actually look forward to seeing her in spite of the fact she knows all my sore points :) I always leave feeling amazing! I selfishly hope she doesn’t get too busy once everybody hears how amazing she is as I rely on her to keep me going :)

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Angela about 4 months ago, I had alot of tension in my back and neck which I couldn't seem to get rid of aswell as a bad imbalance in my shoulders. Im happy to say from having consistent appointments and listening to Angela's advice 4 months later I have barely any tension and my shoulder imbalance is basically gone. For this reason I'd 100% reccomend Angela as she has helped me alot and will be able to help anyone due to her knowledge and experience.

Fantastic experience: I've seen Angela occasionally for a while now but it's become more regular now as I get older. I still enjoy mountain biking and skiing and I see Angela to help get me ready or piece me back together afterwards. She once performed some wizardry, I had a trapped ulna nerve in my left arm which she released which was like an electric shock. More recently I’ve suffered with a dodgy knee after an MCL skiing injury, but after acupuncture and hands on massage this is really improving. I have recommended Angela to my wife who now sees her and I can 100% recommend her to others.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Angela as she was recommended by my husband. I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck. Angela was brilliant and I couldn't believe the difference I felt after the first session. I was given exercises to do along with advice on how to breathe etc. I felt so relaxed and when Angela suggested having acupuncture I thought I would give it ago. Fantastic experience: Brittany is a miracle worker! I have suffered with a bad neck and continuous headaches for 5 year. I have been to physio and given exercises but it felt worse even after weeks of going. I was ready to accept the pain wasn’t going to go till the headache got a lot worse and someone suggested a Chiropractor. I didn’t have much hope as it had been 5 years with the pain to the point I could only turn my neck to one side when sleeping and it became stiff when I had a tiny bit of stress. After 4 sessions I have NO pain, NO headache and No stiff neck!

After years of struggling with neck pain, Britt has got me to a point in life where I can exercise, work and enjoy social events without frequent pain - she is a genius! I saw Britt throughout my pregnancy, where she helped with my posture, hips, carpel tunnel syndrome and the usual aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Amelia for several years now with complex back issues that she treats with care and dedication. Through pregnancy there was a whole new layer added to caring for my back and body. Amelia gave me the most incredible support during my pregnancy and now postpartum. She is incredible at adapting her practices to suit your growing bump but still giving you the adjustment you need to function as fully as possible (using pregnancy cushions, adjusting me on my side etc). I had some birth complications but her adjustments prior to labour definitely supported the safe arrival of my baby girl, as well as her report written for the anaesthetist when I was in hospital allowed for a quick administration of a spinal injection that would have been delayed without her. I will forever be grateful to her for that! Now I am 9 months postpartum and I can honestly say that with Amelia’s holistic approach to keeping my body and mind healthy and understanding the challenges of motherhood has made all the difference to my overall health and therefore my ability to parent my baby! Would highly recommend Amelia and Brittany for support through pregnancy and beyond. This type of chiropractic care has honestly has changed my life for the better.

Fantastic experience: Amelia is such a great chiropractor. She’s able to correct my spine with gentle adjustments and I go home feeling much more flexible and aligned, but more importantly, the pain I was suffering from soon fades. One of her better assets, however, is her ability to communicate with me. She really has a world class ability to communicate; right here in West Yorkshire.
