Fantastic experience: I pulled a muscle in my back just before Christmas but have also struggled with lower back pain for a few years. A colleague recommend Stockport Physiotherapy and having read the reviews I booked an appointment with Michelle. During the first consultation and after a thorough examination she was able to describe what she felt the issues were and gave advice and exercises on how to help. She also manipulated my pelvis and did something that can only be described as magical as most of the pain in my back instantly felt better and that is after the first session! I have been disciplined with her exercises and after 3 weeks I can honestly say that I feel the back pain is easing massively, I would highly recommend Michelle, best money I have ever spent!

Fantastic experience: Was looked after by Ollie I torn my fascia and when I went in I could hardly walk after a lot of hard work he got me running again I really couldn’t have imagined how good the service was and I’m now running high miles again pretty much fully healed. I liked the fact each week we could see on the scan the improvements and go back to the first scan to compare. I was given strength exercises which seemed to help speed up the healing process. Also had laser treatment regularly which helped massively. Ollie was a delight

He gave me treatment and advice about multiple issues and i feel really confident we will be able to sort my ankle & knee problems.

I went to see Tom a few years ago when I had a nasty ankle sprain, not only did he get it back to health with the various treatments on offer, he made sure it was as good as the non injured side with load and speed testing. The care I received was so good whenever I have pain I a joint for more than a few weeks I go see him and he sorts it out. If he didn’t explain the treatments so well I’d swear he was magic.

I was assigned to Tom , who quickly figured out the issue out with a high level of accuracy using an ultra-sound machine. This prompt identification allowed then a seamless treatment process and I am back to full health now. would highly recommend.

Bit the bullet and spoke to Ove who was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process and research papers. 2 sessions in and I regained what I had no control over for the past 6 years, life changing!! If you have any issues there, I strongly recommend using Indergaard physio services, good communication, reasonable prices and the treatment works!

The receptionist service is first class, the quality of the staff is very rare to find with very skilful Physios and Sports Massage therapists on hand to get you back to fitness in a timely manner. They have machines that help the healing process even after you have left the clinic. Very affordable and the best team of professional people around.

Appointments can also feel like counselling session which is great. I highly recommend Tom, his enthusiam & knowledge and the complete practice with its up to date technology.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment and support from Tom Walker! I’ve had a shoulder problem for 4 years from weight training and seen several other physios (not at Indergaard!) who weren’t able to improve the pain and stiffness despite multiple massages, rehab exercises and massage guns. Tom performed ultrasound to correctly diagnose my problem then applied a series of targeted shock-wave treatments (painless) combined with loading exercises. I felt improvement after the first session and within 6 weeks I’m now totally back to normal after 4 years of pain, and training in the gym better than ever. Fantastic experience: I've recently started seeing Tom Walker after he very kindly reached out to help provide advice for a close friend of mine - distal to Leeds - who was struggling with a long-term issue that many practitioners were unable to resolve. As a scientist, I instantly connected with Tom's extensive knowledge - the kind that could on be recognised as someone immerses themselves in their field with relentless passion. I am a professional bodybuilder who has recently started competing in Brazilian jiu jitsu and have recently seen Tom for two separate ailments - paratenon strain and a neck injury - both of which Tom has handled excellently. In each 30 minute appointment I have had, Tom was able to diagnose, treat and thoroughly educate me with clear relevance and application to my training, lifestyle etc. with clarity, precision and efficiency. I have since referred several of my own clients to Tom with equally great success. The facilities and training at Indergaard are without a doubt, the best I've seen in the UK, which can only be described as "cutting edge"; not hollow words considering I have friends that own some of the largest physiotherapy chains in the country. This is the standard of physiotherapy that all practices should aspire towards.
