Walking in nature is such a fundamental part of my life and well-being routine that losing the ability was a terrifying prospect. Nathan has given me hope, which means the world to me.

From my very first appointment, Teresa was incredibly kind, informative, and genuinely caring. Before starting any treatment, she took the time to understand my medical history, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing so she could tailor a treatment plan to target the root cause of my symptoms. Alongside acupuncture, she recommended Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the results have been amazing. My eczema, which I'd struggled with for so long, has completely cleared up. I also feel much healthier and more balanced overall. The level of care, professionalism, and personalised treatment has been outstanding. I always feel listened to and supported, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone considering acupuncture.

Fantastic experience: My mum suffered two strokes in 2023. Which left her with restrictive movement on her left side. Plus a frozen shoulder. Each year she had a cortisol injection at the GPs surgery, to help alleviate the pain. Sometimes it was more successful than others. For my mum's birthday in March, I booked her in with the lovely Teresa, to address mum issues. We can't believe what a difference one session has made! The pain after suffering three years literally went overnight! Three months has elapsed, and mum is visiting Teresa again along with myself for her second session, and my first, tomorrow There is no more pain in her shoulder now. The pain in her left index finger has gone from acute, to just starting to feel uncomfortable. Which considering mum is 87, we are very pleased with how her session of acupuncture with Teresa has helped. I would certainly recommend Teresa. Teresa didn't just take my details but dug deep into any existing/previous medical issues. Her treatments reflected her knowledge and understanding of what I needed, I had acupuncture, massage and cupping. Not only that, in her own time Teresa went that extra mile and sent on-line literature to help me. I thoroughly recommend Teresa, she is the best person I have been to, having seen two other Acupuncturists in the area. Teresa knows her stuff, truly cares and really wants to help. Nathan was not only highly skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient with my little one. He took the time to explain the treatment process and made sure I was comfortable with it. During the session, he used gentle techniques to help alleviate my baby's discomfort and improve her overall well-being. I was impressed with his knowledge of infant anatomy and his ability to pinpoint areas of tension or discomfort. I highly recommend service provided by Nathan to everyone :)

Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Horseforth Health Hub, specifically the osteopathy services provided by Nathan Reynold’s, for over a decade. He has helped us when neither Doctors or physiotherapists were unable to do so. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I've been managing a persistent back issue for about a decade, and it feels somewhat ironic to recognise that Nathan's care and guidance has dramatically reduced the frequency with which I need to see him for immediate attention. Appreciate that's the primary purpose of medical care, prevention better than a cure, etc., but Nathan's holistic consideration of context, combined with him being a really interesting person to talk to, means I look forward to appointments as much as I value the ways he helps me manage the issue.

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Nathan Reynolds but i was impressed with the care i received. I found him friendly and easy to chat to. He was thorough in his assessment and history taking and very knowledgable. He explained the problem and his hands on treatment was gentle and already im feeling the benefit. Fantastic experience: Nathan was brilliant in helping me resolve a shooting pain in my hand that nobody else could resolve. The Health Hub is also super covid safe and the service was 100% first class.

Fantastic experience: I have used the osteopathy service at Horseforth Health Club many times over the past decade and more, as has my mother and father, in particular the former who has ongoing back issues. In my case Nathan resolved multiple problems: running injuries, back trouble and serious pain from overworking my psoas and abdominal muscles, the latter to the extent that I was believed to have an Inguinal hernia. Fortunately, Nathan diagnosed me correctly, and provided me with the necessary treatment, advice and exercises to avoid an unnecessary trip to the surgeon. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is excellent, being both friendly and a consumate professional.

His friendly persona, whilst remaining very professional can't fail to put people at ease, as they attend him with a multidude of ailments. Fantastic experience: Nathan (osteopath) saw me for a number of sessions and sorted out a dodgy shoulder injury that the NHS told me would not be able to improve past where I was without surgery, happy to say that my shoulder is sorted, amazing treatment!

Negative experience: Refused appointment as I’m an ITU doctor working with covid patients. I work in an extremely safe environment, with the best PPE available. Disgusted by the lack of education by fellow health “professionals”
