Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ROCK Spine and Joint Centre. I had never been to a chiropractor before and wasn’t really sure what to expect or even if it would help. I’m 30 and didn’t think my pain was that bad, so I had just gotten used to it, but I decided to try and see if it would make a difference. I originally went because of neck and shoulder pain. After a thorough assessment, including X-rays, everything was explained clearly to me. It also helped me understand just how bad my posture had become and gave me some validation for the pain I had been experiencing. I was then given a treatment plan. The treatment has helped so much, and not just with my neck and shoulder pain. My posture has improved significantly, my mobility is better, and I even have fewer headaches. I didn’t realise how much it could help with, and I honestly wish I had gone sooner. I have been seeing Dr Firas, who has been incredibly helpful and professional. Everything is always well explained, and he tailors the adjustments depending on where my pain is and how I’m feeling that day. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, listens carefully, and pays attention to what you say. I’ve noticed a massive improvement in both my pain and overall wellbeing since my first adjustment. All the staff there are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I always feel at ease when I go, and I honestly don’t have a bad word to say.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place for chiropractic, physiotherapy and sports massage needs. I have struggled with my joints since I was 12 and they got to the root cause, like no other bone crunchers I have ever used. I am so impressed by their knowledge and gentle genuine care. Finally washed down with a scenic mooch to reset, beside the river and into the lovely independent shops & cafes along the Quay.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t got a bad word to say about ROCK Spine and joint care. I’ve just finished my prescribed treatment plan with Dr Firas after months of continuous headaches, muscle spasms, back pain and shoulder pain. I spent a lot of time trying to work out what was causing the problems through my local GP but didn’t have any success at all. I started to look at other options of care and came across chiropractic care online and how it could potentially help with my issues especially the headaches, within the first few sessions I started feeling a lot better with all symptoms reducing in severity. I stuck with my plan and listened carefully to all of Dr Firas’s advice. I can now say all symptoms are completely gone, I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time and it’s all thanks to ROCK. I also had multiple deep tissue massages by Trenell, helping to reduce tension and he also gave me a stretching/mobility plan which has helped tremendously. I couldn’t recommend ROCK highly enough, all of the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and they are a one stop shop for all of your aches and pains! Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Firas Alwasiti! I came to him with a variety of issues, including digestive problems, poor posture, and a disrupted sleep routine, and he has completely transformed my well-being. I used to feel quite bloated and uncomfortable, but after just a few adjustments, I noticed a huge difference. My posture has also improved dramatically—I'm standing taller and feeling more aligned overall. And as a bonus, my sleep quality has skyrocketed. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Innana and Trenell I have managed to begin experiencing pain free living after a pain in my shoulder, arm, hands, and neck I had for 10 years. I received chiropractic adjustments from Innana and sports therapy massages from Trenell. I found both of them to be very kind, knowledge and comforting people. Innana always made me feel heard and optimistic about the recovery, I always felt she was giving her best for my outcome. Trenells massages were the icing on the cake speeding up greatly the recovery. As much as I enjoyed the progress, it was the ambience of the building that is created from all the staff there that I most enjoyed. Reception staff were also very attentive, welcoming, and hands on if you needed any help. I feel this place is a safe space where there is now life long trust if I ever need help again in the future. Fantastic experience: I had suffered from neck and lower back/hip pain for some time which was beginning to impact on my daily life. Neck pain, headaches and posture issues were all deteriorating. However, when I met Dr Faras he quickly diagnosed the problems and put in place a care plan working alongside the physiotherapist. Over the course of a few weeks I saw a significant improvement to my lower back pain which has all but resolved. My posture has improved significantly and his treatment helped reduce neck and shoulder pain and associated headaches. He is such a lovely and caring person and at all times I felt at ease with him and confident in his advice. Fantastic experience: The initial consultation was a shock. To see (on Xray) how my neck and spine have been affected by years of not good posture was alarming. I have had 12 treatments (so far) and can honestly say that, not only has my posture improved, the years long discomfort in my shoulder has eased considerably. I am now much more aware of how I sit, walk and hold my head. "Ears over the shoulders" is now a frequent expression in our house!. Fantastic experience: I can only thank Trenell for the sports therapy massage which I attended for 6 weeks. Having problems with my right side of my body from stiff neck , leg and pain in foot with poor movement in toes. After the six weeks of massage and an exercise program my movement in the above was amazing. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my 12th chiropractic session review and it's quite remarkable the improvement to my flexibility, pain relief and posture improvement I have received. Where as before I had back pain putting washing on the line or when driving twisting my head to pull out of a junction, nor I couldn't bend forward more than 10 degees forward whilst standing without resrictive pain. After each continuous visit for chiropractic adjustment treatment from Dr Firas Alwasiti, I would leave feeling amazing, energised, more positive and at ease. During spinal adjustments his skill at joint manipulation is second to none and his dedication to his calling is above and beyond. It was a chance serendipitous encounter at a street market that I was fortunate to have been initially assessed, walking wounded to now feeling more confident and experiencing much less pain. Their centre is perfectly located on the Exeter Quay which adds ambience and relaxation both just before and after treatments. The whole team there couldn't do enough for you their hospitality was lovely.

Fantastic experience: I came across Rock at a car show. I had been suffering with pins and needles down my right arm for a few months on the lead up to seeing them. I had also had on and off pain in my right hip again with pins and needles and on occasions had issues with my shoulder and back especially after carrying heavy items. I was offered a full consultation with Xrays to see what was going on and what could be done. I have been looked after from the start by Dr Firas Alwasiti. I went back a few days later for the results and found that my neck was incorrectly positioned with a few other issues. I was very sceptical about the Xrays and also if this would work for my arm and hip as it seemed to be based on my neck. I thought it is worth a shot and would see by half way through a course if it was worth it. 5 trips in was still having a few issues but by the 6th visit started to notice a change. I have now done 12 visits and am on maintenance mode so far 2 weeks with no issues. All staff at Rock are super friendly very accomodating and its a beautiful relaxing environment. Fantastic service and if you are having issues I could not recommend enough. Go along see what they say then try it give it time and you will be a new person.

Fantastic experience: I have had a 12 session course to improve my posture and helped to relieve neck tension and a jaw alignment issue. I have also had an intense spinal massage . On my first session with Rock I had a thorough discussion on what I hoped to achieve, my stance was observed and discussed and I even had x-rays to support my future goals. Fantastic experience: My experience at Rock pine and joint centre has been extremely positive. The whole team are so friendly, from the team at reception to treatment, it feels like visiting a family- it’s easy to feel relaxed and welcome each time I visit. My care plan with Dr Anana has been great, after finishing 12 treatments I can absolutely feel and see a real change in my posture and general spine comfort. My experience with Sports therapy massage has also been very positive, I’m very thankful to have had Dr Trenell address tension in my body to fall in line with my adjustment plan and the massages have been amazing! I’ve been given helpful tips for lifestyle changes to help assist my body in between adjustments, and to help give me a bigger picture of how little changes overtime can really impact overall progress! I would highly recommend the centre to anyone who wants to address their overall health and wellbeing.

I was at such a low point with back pain I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff and reassured they could help me Dr Firas explained everything to me so I new what to expect I had a plan at last, apart from pain pills unfortunately the NHS could not do anything to solve the problem! Fantastic experience: I was very reluctantly persuaded to book an appointment by my husband after suffering years of back and hip pain. I was highly dubious. However I had been fit and active but was now suffering serious pain, was on strong painkillers and could not even walk far. My chiropractor, Dr Firas Alwasiti took a thorough history and made an examination. A care plan was produced and he also recommended I see their Physiotherapist, Wida Botros. Fast forward a couple of months and my back pain is gone and most of my hip pain. Whilst I still have my back condition, Spondylitis and arthritis in my hip, I now have my active life back. I may still have the odd twinge but my day to day life has changed so much for the better and I cannot recommend Firas and Wida and the team at Rock more highly.

You can ask them any questions , also they are flexible with time and days of your follow appointment.They do a x-ray of your spine , before doing any treatment. Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made seeing Innana. After suffering with cluster migraines for many years and trying various home treatments and even medication after meeting innana at a summer fete I made the best decision and booked in to have an assessment. There followed a 12 week course and in the last 6 months I've had 1 headache! Innana is so patient and calm and although the treatment can feel odd at times she really puts you at ease. Fantastic experience: I was encouraged by my girlfriend to have a posture check offered by Rock at last year's Chagford Show, as she had notice how hunched my shoulders were. This led me to embark on a programme of chiropractic adjustment visits which has resulted in a really significant improvement in the way I hold myself and has reduced the curve in my upper back. I feel much better as a result and I can see that my better posture is noticed by others. I am so pleased that I committed to all the recommended visits as it has certainly paid off. Fantastic experience: About a year ago I slipped a disc in my lower back and since then it's been regular and constant pain everyday. One day the pain got too much and I got recommended this place by one of my coworkers. Today was my last visit of my plan. I feel much, much better than I did at the beginning and I can comfortably go to work without fearing for my back to prevent me from doing so. Fantastic experience: I have had on and off back pain for the last 6-7 years, last year it got dramatically worse and i began to get nerve pain and loss of sensation in my legs and feet, I attended A&E for this and after having an MRI done was advised that there was no obvious cause for my symptoms. I was then offered a referral to a pain clinic so I could be prescribed strong opiate painkillers long-term, I declined this referral - I didn't want all the problems that came with that alongside whatever problems lay in my back. Unfortunately I was not in the financial position to seek treatment outside the NHS at this time. My symptoms got better because I reduced my activity levels and lowered my hours at work. The pain never left but became tolerable. Recently it started getting much worse, my financial situation has improved and I got in touch with Rock Chiropractic Centre as they had the best reviews in the area and were offering an initial consultation at a 50% discount. I was greeted by Beverley over the phone and after explaining my symptoms - to my amazement she booked me in for an appointment the next day! The communication of the staff at Rock Chiropractic is excellent, Beverley was extremely warm and welcoming and this brilliant attitude came across to me as very authentic - not put on for the sake of customer service. Upon arrival for my assessment I was greeted by another member of the reception team who shared Beverley's warm attitude and was promptly seen by Dr Firas. During my examination I went over my symptoms and had x-rays taken. Dr Firas was very attentive, professional and I got the impression that he has a genuine passion for helping people. I also have to mention that his communication skills are excellent. During the physical examination he took great care to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing and his reasons for doing them. As someone who gets nervous about doctors visits my experience here is by far the best experience I have ever had. I was booked in again the following day for my results, care plan recommendation and first adjustment. Dr Firas went into great detail about the cause of my pain and his recommendations for treatment. I was recommended Chiropractic and Physio treatment, I explained that I wasn't sure if I could afford both routes of treatment and Dr Firas was very understanding and suggested we start with the chiropractic treatment and re-assess the need for physio around the halfway mark. Then it was time for my first adjustment.. Which was an immediate relief! I felt years of stiffness and soreness slowly start to be undone although I could tell that there was still a long way to go. I couldn't help but laugh in relief and I walked home with a massive grin on my face. Since then I have had 2 more adjustments with Dr Firas, each one being more dramatic - both in sound and relief! After my second adjustment we started traction and wedge treatments to improve my posture and re-align my spine correctly. Dr Firas answered any questions I had very clearly after careful consideration and gave detailed explanations alongside his advice. I was also given advice on habits outside of treatment to support my progress including sleeping positions, correct manual handling etc. If you are suffering from poor posture or recurring back pain like me, I highly recommend visiting this clinic for an assessment. I do not want to say anything negative about the workers in the NHS because I really believe they do the best that they can with the resources they have, but unfortunately I don't think they are able to give the same level of treatment with the pressure they are currently under. Treatment is also not as expensive as I thought it would be! In the short time since I began my treatment I have noticed a massive improvement in my general mood, my ability to relax, my quality of sleep and my energy levels throughout the day. It really has improved every aspect of my life in such a short time and I am extremely grateful to the team at Rock chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: Have to be honest I was always sceptical about chiropractors and whether it was of any benefit. However, after being a client of there's for past 18 months, I cannot begin to say how much better I feel, not just with the aches and pains but overall positivity and valuing my time as a busy NHS nurse. All of a sudden I now feel my posture is far better and have less lower back pain, which I did not realise was bothering me as much as I had thought. 100% recommend Rock to anyone especially any of my fellow nursing and medical staff, who have too long put that niggling ache or pain as common side effect, when honestly it's doesn't.

Fantastic experience: When I started seeing the team at Rock in December 2023, I was barely walking, used a stick when I did and was counting down the months until I ended up using a wheelchair because my fibromyalgia had become so severe. After twelve treatments of chiropractic and physiotherapy, I am now able to walk without a stick for the first time in two years. Fantastic experience: I learnt that having a chiropractic adjustment could help with my menopause symptoms. Never did I think it was the answer to so much more! I had a thorough consultation, X-rays which gave me an update on my spine & neck. After having 3 spinal operations & 3 spinal procedures I liked the fact that my treatment was personalised to me. My neck X-ray showed I had degenerative discs due to poor posture, it explained my pain. After the adjustments the flexibility in my neck is amazing & I’m now pain free. I had a sore shoulder for years & I was convinced it was due to sleeping on my side. I trained myself to sleep on my back but the pain never went. After Dr Innana Botros done two or three adjustments my shoulder pain had gone. I added physio with Wida Botros after 6 adjustment. Wida is attentive and knowledgeable & I love how firm her massage techniques are. I walk talker & have learnt so much, my only regret was not doing it sooner… thank you so much Dr Innana & Wida.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended chiropractor. After suffering badly with sciatica over a number of years I decided to try Rock chiropractic. My treatment has been absolutely brilliant from day one! Every minor detail was looked at thoroughly and taken into consideration before any treatment. Now a couple months into treatment my pain has significantly reduced and posture has majorly improved to help stop anymore problems in the future I would recommend anyone struggling with sciatica pain to book in and be seen.

Fantastic experience: I chose Rock primarily as they offered an x-ray service which would then help determine which course of treatment I would need as I was unsure what was causing my pain. I have now been receiving Chiropratic and Physiotherapy treatment and couldn't be more happier with the results. From having very little movement in my right arm and shoulder I now have full movement. Without exception all staff members are professional, welcoming and put you at ease, I am so pleased that I chose Rock for my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased I found Rock! It's actually quite rare to find a Chiropractor & Physio in one place. I was in pain, and despondent before I came for my first appointment. With lower back pain, and constantly tight hamstrings & glutes. I do a lot of weight training, and am reasonably active, so I was frustrated that I couldn't train, and could never seem to get out of the cycle of workout > pain > workout > pain. Not only did Rock's treatments quickly alleviate the pain, but they also finally gave me the right diagnosis, and the rehab plan I needed to maintain my training, and generally maintain a comfortable existence. Fantastic experience: I am a Hgv driver and work away from home, one day my back just gave way and I was in extreme pain. My wife called around many chiropractic clinics to try and get me looked at, but no one apart from Rock Chiropractic were able to fit me in that day. I had an adjustment done on that day to help relieve the pain I was in. Then subsequently I was told by Dr Sari how long he thought it would take to fix…there after sticking to a health plan each week. Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my back for years and first visited Rock Chiropractic back in 2017. I was sceptical at first as I have worked with numerous Chiropractors over the years and never had the best experiences with them. The team at Rock in my opinion completely different and I couldn't recommend Dr Sari highly enough. He and his team have been fantastic and are without the doubt the main reason I am still able to train and push myself in the gym knowing they are always to there to help and relieve any pain and issues that I am having with my back or neck.

Fantastic experience: I have a chronic back problem which, untreated, causes me constant pain and limits my activities - regular adjustments from Sari mean that I stop feeling and acting twice my age! No pressure from any staff to have more or different treatments, you're encouraged to know your own body and have adjustments when YOU feel you need them. Sari is super-friendly, calm and trustworthy and Meghan and Chloe take a genuine interest in everyone which makes you feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I went there after receiving a voucher for a spinal exam. The first session was about 30 minutes and the follow-up was about 5 minutes. At the 5 minute appointment, I was essentially shown my scans and told that I needed 18 sessions to improve my spine. When asked if there was anything I could do outside of those sessions to improve my spine, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I felt that it was more about selling their services rather than taking a holistic approach and ensuring a long term improvement. I was also disappointed that they could not pronounce my name after I corrected them three times.

Fantastic experience: I was quite sceptical toward chiropractic treatment until a friend recommended Rock Chiropractic. Within two days of my first adjustment my very painful back eased up amazingly. I have nothing but positive things to say about the lovely people and space at Rock and visiting them regularly is now definitely an important treat for my back. Everyone should give this a try!

You are talked through everything clearly so that you understand what is being done and how it will help. The atmosphere is one that aids relaxation. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Rock Chiropractic enough !!! Inanna is such a calm, gentle and kind Chiropractor. Everything was explained in my first session and how they could help me thereafter. Inanna may be tiny but she can still thoroughly manipulate my bones where needed. There’s a lovely are upstairs that you relax in while stretching your neck listening to tranquil music to calm you. Weida my Physiotherapist is also amazing. Another calm, relaxed professional person who works wonders with all your knotted muscles that need coercing into their correct relaxed state. Meghan the receptionist has had a cheerful greeting every appointment organising all my future dates and sorting out my payments and receipts. Fantastic experience: I was having an issue with my back and neck from sitting in front of the computer a lot at work as it recently changed to an electronic system. So I googled and found Rock. To be honest, I wasn't sure what chiropractors would do so was a bit sceptical at first but wanted to give it a go! I wasn't aware of how much my treatments at Rock made difference at first as it was steady improvement. Then, one day, when I was at work, I was thinking 'oh I haven't actually felt much pain in my back and neck for a while!' My posture has improved significantly and I can definitely focus on my work better now as I dont have pain. As well as how amazingly my pain has improved, every single member of staff there has been so kind and welcoming so I have never felt uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellbeing is going to Rock Chiropractic Health Centre. When I became debilitated with severe back pain and spasms someone recommended I give it a go. From stepping through the door for the first time I was given a warm welcome and totally put at ease by all of the Chiropractic team. Since having weekly adjustments with the lovely Doctor Innana I no longer experience back pain or excruciating spasms. I am noticing improved flexibility in my back and neck and I am painkiller free! Although I initially presented with back pain I was also experiencing frequent migraines but since receiving adjustments to my neck I haven't had any migraine nor the visual auras associated with the migraines. Fantastic experience: I went in 12 weeks ago hardly able to move and in a lot of pain. After taking x rays and an assessment appointment Dr Sari advised I had severe arthritis in my upper back, a relic of an old injury some thirty odd years ago. I have been suffering with pain for sometime and have been prescribed cocodamol and naproxen tablets by my Dr. Now after 12 adjustments my back feels strong and I haven't had pain since the first treatment. I havent taken tablets since then either. The staff are so friendly and I cant thank them enough for the caring treatment I have received, it is well worth any money I've paid. I do recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Treatment at Rock Clinic is life changing. At 72 life felt restricted. I had a lumbar scoliosis, migraine headaches and limited walking.
