Fantastic experience: My partner booked me a massage with Harry. The whole process from start to finish was so professional. The 15 minute consultation helped Harry understand where I needed a massage to relieve my back pain. Even during the massage he was talking me through what he was doing and why it was helping, we chatted almost the whole way through which was refreshing, no awkward silences! Fantastic experience: I've just had a flotation session and I'm already looking forward to my next! I enjoyed the friendly welcome, and spacious shower and flotation areas. A lot of thought has gone into the experience offered including making it as safe as possible, (eg there's a handrail in the shower area and non-slip flooring where needed). Parking is available or if you're up for some exercise, it's a fair walk from the city centre via the quay.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a sports deep tissue massage with Adie at County Therapeutic and Wellness Centre, and it was fantastic! As a pro rugby player, I often deal with muscle and joint tension, and Adie really knew how to target those areas. I left feeling much better and more relaxed. Plus, Adie was incredibly personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 3 massages with Sam - all of which have been unbelievable. She listened to all my concerns, taking note of my injury and throughout the massage ensured I was comfortable and that the pressure was okay. The rooms themselves are lovely and relaxing, with warmed beds and towels over your feet. They also have some amazing hydrotherapy baths which I need to try next! If you’re struggling with any issues I urge you to book in with Sam or another member of the team - all really lovely and helpful :)

Fantastic experience: After lower back issues I saw an offer on Facebook and after an initial consultation with Kate I had a deep tissue massage. I then had 2 more in quick succession and am now on the monthly subscription for ‘maintenance’ I have not had any time off sick with my back in over a year! Have now had 2 flotation treatments which are so relaxing - thank you Kate!

Fantastic experience: I had my first floatation experience yesterday and was greeted by the wonderful Filipa. She was amazing from the get go, calling me beforehand to make sure I filled in the form before arriving so I didn’t waste any of my floatation time when I got there. The facilities are super clean and aesthetically pleasing. The floatation experience itself was phenomenally relaxing and I definitely drifted off to sleep whilst in there! It’s like being cocooned in the silkiest softest pillowiest bed, absolute heaven. I will definitely be returning!!!

Negative experience: a sad experience, after paying three times, I scheduled after 10 days, after waiting another 20 days, so a month after I had almost no more problems??,,!!sad; I paid for that X-RAY CD, I didn't receive the CD for another cabinet, sad that CD, I received it on Monday, I brought it to your office and handed it to you on Monday as soon as I received it, that's why I asked you to return it to me, yes and the appointment after I no longer have problems, Saturday 09/11/2024 is already too much for me;: that's why I asked for the UL CD, which I understand I should have kept.:/ I mention that I handed it over to you as requested

Their Wellness membership provides a flawless plan that has allowed me to tailer a plan utilizing massage therapy and chiropractic assessment that has kept any further issues at bay. On top of this the floatation room is perfect for a regular destress. I can't recommend the team here enough.

Alan and Laura have built such a fantastic environment, with the entire team reinforcing the epitome of great customer service as a truly wholesome centre of therapy and relaxation. Flotation therapy has changed my life, and the vast majority of this has been at County Chiropractic. I make the 3 hour round trip several times a week (work permitting) and quite simply, I wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else! A genuinely caring and excellent team, providing a consistently top class experience day in day out!

I went because of a back problem I could headly walk witch was treated with a combination of chiro from Jame and massages with Laura over the years thay have treated me for a groin problem and last year i was in so much pain from my knee i couldn't walk on it. All the doctors wanted to do dose me up with tablets four visits with Jamie and Laura and the pain was gone and i was walking fine without paid i now go regularly to see Jamie and Laura I'm not sure where i would be with out county Chiropractic not only do thay know there stuff thay are very friendly i can not recommend then high enough

Fantastic experience: Have been a regular client at the County Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for over 8 years and have had a range of treatments from Deep Tissue Massage, Dry Needles, Chiropractic Adjustments, and Floating Therapy. I have been very happy with all the treatments I have received over the past 8 years, and would highly recommend. Everyone at the Centre is an expert in their respective field, and I have received an honest, well intended, and accurate treatment each time. The Premises have their own car parking, and there is a pleasant waiting room, with well-spaced individual chairs. A customer toilet is also available. Each treatment room is welcoming, clean, has fitted blinds, and has its own padded, heated treatment table. Customers are requested to bring their own over towels when having a massage, for hygiene reasons, although I understand towels are available if forgotten. The Floating Therapy tank is purpose built, and holds an enclosed, hot pool of salted water. There are fairy and underwater lights in the tank that are controlled by the client, which can switched on or off. When switched off, the client is in total darkness, which allows the body to relax totally. The Floating Therapy tank has its own changing room, with shower. There are also packages available, where items that are purchased in bulk e.g. four treatments at a reduced cost, compared to the purchasing the each treatment individually. Memberships, which provide other benefits, are also available.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different places to help with back and shoulder/neck discomfort. Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Massage Therapists and even an Osteotherapist. I saw a video of Jamie on Facebook offering discounted visits, I thought why not. Best decision I could have made. I came away after my first visit so impressed by the dedication and effort he put into that session. He didn't just nod his head and take notes and follow the book of what to check. He listened and heard what I was saying taking interest and really understanding how it was effecting me and my day to day life. I felt comfortable throughout and I trusted everything he was saying, not just because he was saying loads of impressive words but because (after a thorough examination and the taking of a detailed background) he showed me on muscular and skeletal graphs on the wall what is the likely cause of my pain and discomfort, what he was going to do to try and relieve these symptoms, where/what these adjustments and knot releases were doing and how it will change over a few sessions as well as what I can do at home to help and strengthen my problem areas. It's obvious he takes great pride and responsibility in his work and it shows in his efforts and personality when supporting his clientele. I couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work and dedication Jamie has put in to my support and the difference he is making. If you are "umming and ahing" about whether to give County Chiropractic a call, do yourselves a favour, call and ask for Jamie, you will not be disappointed. Plus, you can't beat the warm welcome of the delightful reception team. Finally if you are worried about COVID, the team do an incredible job of following the guidance and their cleanliness if amazing.

Fantastic experience: The best decision I ever made was going to see Tom at County Chiropractic. The entire team are friendly and inviting, and after being given a warm welcome from reception along with a guided tour of the facilities, I went into my session feeling relaxed and comfortable. I spent 8 months following a neck and foot injury throwing money at every other kind of treatment there is out there, alongside having specialist medical attention and programmes to rectify my pain and immobility. In just one session, Tom alleviated me from the chronic pain I have had 24/7 for months on end. Professional, caring and no nonsense approach, I cannot highly recommend him and this practice enough!
