Fantastic experience: About six or so years ago I slipped up on some wet/mossy concrete steps and fell and hurt my back. I was in a lot of pain and movement was painful. I saw a Chiropractor and then Covid happened and I never went back. After years of using ice packs and my Wife nagging me to see a Chiropractor again, I finally gave in and booked an appointment with Seb. After my initial assessment I was recommended to have a series of adjustments to obtain optimum results. After the first six or so sessions I was already starting to notice the difference. I was able to get up out of a chair more easily without having to be careful how I got up, my back wasn't aching as much after a hard days work. Seb has worked wonders. I am now standing up straight, I get home from work and my back is no longer protesting, my knees and body feel stronger. I am now able to walk without having to stop every few minutes as my knees, hip and back no longer hurt when I walk. I would highly recommend Seb to everyone. My only regret is I wish I had done it sooner! Don't make the same mistake as me, book with Seb ASAP and get your life back on track.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant—it’s a life changer. At my first session, they assessed my body and scanned my posture, finding several issues. They also discovered my right leg was 2.5 cm shorter than my left, which was crazy. Hannes went through the whole journey with me—where we would start and where we would hopefully end. Each session lasts about 15–18 minutes, though time flies. You make small adjustments each session, and it really wipes you out—it honestly does. I originally came just to correct my posture and get rid of a slight back ache, but I feel a massive difference. I couldn’t bend over and touch the floor with my fingers before—I thought it was because of my “cider belly”—but now I can touch the floor with no issues. It’s crazy. I would definitely recommend Hannes and the team. If you have questions, they’re always happy to answer them. And when he makes the adjustments and you hear the clicks, it’s satisfying in a weird way. It’s like your brain knows it’s being adjusted, and a good feeling flows through you. I’d also recommend having a long bath that evening—you’ll sleep like a log and wake up feeling great. I would definitely suggest at least having the first session and going from there. I did a block of 12 sessions (two a week), mostly after work. I drove straight from Marsh Barton, and most of my sessions were between 6pm and 7pm, which worked well for me and my job. So 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: Our son still had wet beds at the age of 10. We suspected this was the result of having a compressed nerve at the Sacrum. We approached Innate Health Chiro.and saw Hannas. After discussing our concerns and our son having various unobtrusive scans, we agreed to a 12 session course with Hannas. After the 9th treatment, Hannas suggested we try letting our son go through the night without getting him up. We are so pleased that after 3 weeks now, our son's only had 1 accident and that after a very tiring day. We fully recommend Innate and Hannas, a professional, friendly and personable chiropractor.

An accumulation of old accidents and ignoring pain, hoping it would go away, resulted in me unable to perform basic activities with ease. Fantastic experience: Best decision I've ever made having that first scan. Issues with a stiff neck, shoulders and lower back from many years behind a laptop and driving. Several days off work and visiting the Osteopath for quick fixes. This has been intense at times but the difference after 18 sessions close together has been amazing, life changing ! Movement is so much better I feel like an owl I can turn my head nearly all the way around. Gone is the achy feeling, burning and chronic pain from overall stiffness. Best decision ever !

Fantastic experience: My wife had a new hip and was finding that her opposite knee was giving her a lot of pain. After her assessment with Seb her problem was diagnosed and treated with a series of sessions with Jake. She is now able to walk up and down stairs unaided and her co ordination is much better. Fantastic experience: I contacted Innate Health because I had been having migraines on a regular basis where my sight would diminish, tingling in my lips, fingers, arms. I would sleep for hours even after taking tablets early and always on the right-hand side. After a couple of sessions, my migraines were reduced considerably. I've had 4 minor migraines since Oct 2024. Seb, who is fantastic and worked wonders on my posture and hip issues after he noticed that my pelvis was tilted, and my spine curved to the right, due to an issue on the left. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Jake for a couple of years now. Initially I visited because of a long term pain in my upper back which he immediately resolved on first visit. Since then I’ve returned every couple of months with various issues including back, ankles, hip and wrist. Things you might not necessarily consider asking a chiropractor to help with… but Jake fixes all! He’s a wizard!

Fantastic experience: I have had back and neck problems for several years which effected my mobility. 2 years ago I was advised to have surgery which sadly didnt improve things.I had heard good things and seen fantastic results from family and friends. Jake came highly recommended , I have been having treatments for a few weeks and the results are fantastic. I have more movement ,less painful and at last have my life and wellbeing back. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Sebastian for treatment the last couple of months following a minor car collision and he has been very helpful so far, although my pain levels are still high there's so much more movement available for me, I'm very pleased with my progress. Sebastian is very personable and professional, he has good knowledge and shares lots of helpful lifestyle tips and homework exercises. Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled with low back pain for as long as I can remember, but a few months ago it became unbearable to train crossfit with any heaving lifting or dynamic movements. Since I started seeing Seb I’ve been able to squat for the first time I can remember without any pain. Fantastic experience: Jake has been brilliant and also Seb the couple of times I saw him. I’ve had quite a few sessions at a really reasonable rate (spreading the cost in two lump sums). The first session was really informative and demonstrated the root causes of my back issues, using pictures and scales etc to establish posture and balance. Reception staff are amazing and welcoming and the whole environment of the place is very relaxing with lovely decor and chilled music. Plus a lush coffee machine. Great place to get your back on track!
