Fantastic experience: Where do I start lol… I was in pain for about 5 years after I pulled my muscle, but was keep telling myself that the pain will go away, had few better days and then the pain was back… after few episodes where my muscles gone into spasms (felt like my legs would give) decided I need help. After looking around I have found this practice and omg what an experience from the 1st moment when I booked my appointment I felt like I am not just another date and time in the dairy but like someone who is being treated as a patient who is in pain. Practice is located close to city centre and easy to access, clean and modern. Friendly people work there, Stacey on the reception has always lovely smile on and Lewis is an amazing specialist with a wonderful sense of humor always polite and professional. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with a bad back for well over 10 years and really believed that chiropractors couldn’t fix me. Well they can, the staff at Sensorium are so polite and easy to talk you. Don’t expect miracles in one session but believe me after 5/6 sessions I feel so much more able to do the normal things in life I used to take for granted.

After a few sessions I was feeling much better and I have been going back for regular adjustments ever since. But have never felt pressured to book. Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot praise Lewis enough for how brilliant he is at his job! Had my first appointment in August of this year after having my third baby and feeling all out of place. Lewis talked me through everything from why I had the aches and pains I did and explained what he was doing while doing it and what the plan was long term. Fantastic experience: An amazing chiropractic experience, from point of booking, to a thorough assessment, to an ongoing treatment plan. I chose Dr Lewis to assess and adjust me, and I have eagerly been attending for approximately 6 sessions/weeks now, concerning a previous injury to the lower spine and continuous pains in my neck/shoulder etc. I find Lewis extremely knowledgeable on the human body overall, and hugely experienced in adjustments, tailored to suit exactly what he assesses the body needs at the time of appointment and thereafter. Fantastic experience: I booked in for an initial assessment with Lewis after attending another chiropractor in South East Wales that was not helping. There was an online from to complete before this to assess the injury. I have suffered from compression in the lower back from years of weights, driving trucks and wear and tear that had never been addressed, as well as a twisted pelvis which had been causing severe pain. The team gave me a very warm welcome when I arrived. After a detailed and very professional assessment, Lewis was able to adjust the misalignment. From this first session, it has worked wonders. Several years of pain lifted. I have been attending twice a week to keep on top of the injury and I am now down to once a week, less and less as the realigned body settles. A great clinic, amazing customer service with a smile, you will not be disappointed :)))

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Lewis highly enough. I’ve struggled with back problems for years, and nothing has helped as much as the treatment I’ve received here. At almost 80 years old, my mobility has improved significantly, and my back feels so much better. What’s even more incredible is the difference Dr. Lewis has made for my partner, who has Parkinson’s. Fantastic experience: After 13 weeks of continuous crying (and I genuinely mean continuous) from my LO and already being treated for a cows milk protein intolerance, silent reflux, trying everything on the market for colic and trapped wind he was still in so much pain and discomfort so we decided to go down a different route. Lewis at the Sensorium Chiropractic came highly recommended to me after popping a post up on social media regarding chiropractic services for babies. The service we have received from the first point of contact is second to none. I had a response straight away regarding my concerns for my LO, and history from birth including my pregnancy and labour. It was a breath of fresh air for someone to finally listen and not tell me that 'some babies just cry' Lewis is extremely knowledgeable about the services he offers and talks us through every step of the process. You can see that he genuinely cares for his patients, and is passionate about helping people. After the first session we had already noticed improvements, my little ones posture had straightened out and his stomach was no longer bulging to the side. We're only on our 4th session but all I can say is WOW. We've stopped all products for colic and wind as he no longer needs it! He's sleeping for longer periods, no suffering from constipation, and having happy wake windows rather than crying the entire time he's awake! We've also seen improvements in his reflux which is huge I was going to wait until we had finished our 6 sessions to write a review but honestly, he's a changed baby already and I cannot thank Lewis enough for how he has helped not just my baby, but our family life. Fantastic experience: I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years, but none as professional and thorough as Lewis at Sensorium Chiropractic. He recommended a course of care to help manage my long standing low back pain, which I’d been struggling with on and off for years. Until now, no one had ever given me a clear explanation or a structured plan to actually get better. I now see Lewis every 4–6 weeks, which helps me stay on top of day to day life and keeps me moving well for training. If I do get a flare up, it’s much easier to manage and get out of pain quickly after the initial treatments.

Day to day tasks were painful, so I decided to do something about it. I spoke with Dr Lewis Watts about my options. I have to say the whole process was made so simple. If you’re looking for someone who can make a real difference, I can’t recommend Lewis enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Lewis for well over 5 years! Helping with posture, headaches and adjustments. He also saw me through my pregnancy, helping with PGP. He always makes the time to talk you through any problems. He is very knowledgeable, and talks you through everything he does. Cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Having had back problems since 1977,2 back operations and a number of visits to physiotherapists and chiropractors in that time ,too many to remember them all. Staying in Thailand for 8 months ,1 month before my long flight back to the UK it started again, after a break of 16 years from back pain it became unbeatable again the 12hr flight didn't help but on the second day back in the UK the pain got so bad paramedics had to be called as I could not move . Iv painkillers and gas and air calmed the back down to allow me to walk ,making a appointment with Lewis 3 days later. After the best and most professional assessment I have ever had and some brilliant manipulation, my posture straightened up and within 48hrs I was pain free after just one visit,this was unbelievable as I had never experienced anything like this in my 47 years of back problems, Lewis is by far the most caring and professional chiropractor I have ever been to ,let's hope if it reoccurs when I return to Thailand I can find some this good ,it will be an expensive appointment if need to fly back to get Lewis to work his magic. Fantastic experience: After a fall, I developed a shoulder injury which resulted in me having to be signed off work for nearly 3 months. Numerous trips to the gp, hospital and physio, nothing or no one was easing the pain. I contacted Lewis in desperate hope that something could be done. The first appointment was very thorough and everything was explained to me. Even after the 1st session I could feel a slight improvement after been in absolute agony for weeks on end! Now, nearly a year on, I still attend the clinic regular as I feel there is so many benefits to going to see a chiropratic! Fantastic experience: Lewis is fantastic at what he does. He was able to resolve my back pain and explain to me what he was doing throughout the whole process. He’s very personable and easy to get on with so if you are nervous about attending, don’t be. Will certainly be recommending to any friends and family and be going back again in future myself.

Fantastic experience: Lewis is by far the best chiropractor I have seen. Several others even after multiple sessions have been unable to adjust me however Lewis has never failed to make an adjustment and I can't thank him enough. I would highly reccomend him to anyone with pain or injuries and to book an appointment sooner rather than just hoping things will improve on their own. Fantastic experience: Sensorium Chiropractor is the place to go. Lewis and Stacey are outstanding. This family-run business came highly recommended by a friend, and I'm very grateful for that. Lewis is exceptional—right from the initial consultation to every subsequent visit, he ensures you feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully informed about your treatment and the plan ahead. I suffered from sciatica and worsening back pain for years, with the pain becoming increasingly unbearable. Since starting treatment at Sensorium, my recovery has been much quicker and more manageable. It's still a work in progress, but I genuinely cannot recommend Sensorium enough.

Fantastic experience: This review is 3 fold so probably long, please bear with me. Myself: I visited Lewis following a quick (and early) labour that impacted the one side of my back. I thought it would go away, but after having a ‘preferred side’ to carry the baby on my symptoms significantly worsened. This coupled with having a stressful desk job for 15 years and generally poor posture - intervention was definitely needed. Immediately I felt a difference and reflected on my unnecessary use of painkillers. Dr Lewis is well read and will talk you through his approach during each session and his justification for so. Issues that I didn’t know were there were resolved, on top of the issues I was aware of. As I improved, without prompting, Dr Lew acknowledged this and my appointments become more spaced out as the requirement for them lessened. My baby: After a quick labour I was slightly concerned. Hospital reassured me that there were no issues, but after some time I wanted a second opinion. I didn’t realise that Dr Lew had done additional training in this area and was extremely knowledgeable. He was at ease around my little boy and managed to complete detailed checks whilst keeping the baby happy & entertained. Lewis went on to provide further assistance regarding my son’s reflux & gave valued advice when I had concerns about flat head syndrome. As a first time Mum, the assessment gave me the reassurance I needed to stop flapping about everything & take action when required. My partner: A long term sufferer of back pain, with serious issues following an accident. His pain is constant but he also has intermittent acute flare ups with no warning. This can leave him bedridden. Lewis is always on hand & will see him as soon as practicable. My partner doesn’t like to take medication as what he’s prescribed is so strong it affects his work and his time with our son. After seeing multiple professionals (physios, acupuncturists and osteopaths) Lewis is where he has settled, as his support provides immediate relief and an ability to return to work. Fantastic experience: I visited Sensorium after having lower back pain and sciatica for over 8 weeks and trying various internet suggested stretches and remedies. Lewis took the time and patience to explain exactly what was causing my issues and a treatment plan to get me back on track. Following only two sessions at the clinic my back is noticeably better with no further sciatica related pain! Fantastic experience: Visited Lewis as a recommendation from a friend who insisted I go get checked out as I have been seeing chiropractors for a while on and off and was getting anything from it. So booked in and straight away, Lewis gave me a full check over, explaining one leg was shorter than the other and that I was leaning to the left which was causing the nerve to be trapped in my legs which was giving me terrible pain and numbness. Anyway, 4th session in and the numbness is almost gone and I am back training light which is a massive relief. I’ve been very tempted to book a scan as I was sure I needed surgery this time but Lewis has got me back to feeling almost fixed and I’m sure with a few more sessions, will get me back to CrossFit. Wish I had visited ages ago and would defo recommend.

Went on a recommend following a recurring herniated disc injury; I arrived at the clinic in significant pain, the first treatment was a game changer for me with significant pain relief and increased mobility. Since returning for several corrective treatments, the speed of my recovery has been rapid when compared to previous iterations of the injury. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to be introduced to Lewis through a mutual friend, Remi. I had a trapped femoral nerve, which was excruciatingly painful to the point I couldn’t put one foot in front of the other without crying or feeling as if I was going to pass out. I had to give up going to Zumba and gym classes. After a few weeks going to see Lewis for my chiropractor sessions I was able to ease back to the gym and this week I back squatted 80kg and dead lifted 85kg, not bad after not attending my gym, Fit Six at Magor, for over 9 weeks and gradually getting back to where I was before my injury.
