Fantastic experience: I started a plan with James around 2 months ago and since then been feeling so much stronger and basically more my age! Negative experience: Very upset a women call sam answerd the phone who was discusting attitude all she card about is money I said i would pay the money on day and she then told me to drive up and pay the money and when I said I dont drive she she it not her problem and she cant book appointment I have atisum and adhd and I need by boady adjusting but she put me right of would not recommend to no one but the manager is cool 0/10 I rate this

Fantastic experience: End of April this year I started experiencing dreadful pain every morning in my lower back. It was an ordeal just to get out of bed. I've never know anything like it. Seeing the Copa promotion in May, I made an appointment for a consultation, which I found very informative and professionally carried out. Sandique identified exactly where the problem was. I started seeing him initially twice a week, then once a week, as my back improved. I am about to reduce this to every other week. The improvement in my back is amazing. Fantastic experience: After 17 years of back and neck pain, I decided to see a Chiropractor as it was affecting my work and daily life. It was very easy and quick to get an appointment. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment from James since end Feb25. I went in with a few areas of complaints and was looking for a different way of treating these ailments following a long period of unsuccessful xrays, treatments and medication. Fantastic experience: Been seeing sadique for 5 weeks 3 times a week appointments are very flexible. After my first consultation with sadique I felt better just talking about my condition. Have Degenerative disc disease in back and neck . MRI scans show worn disc's bulged disc's specially in my neck . I went there with constant headache pins and needles both legs and neck and shoulders going down arms . After 5 weeks there is a good improvement in my neck .. I could only move my neck to the left 15° degrees now it's 45 degrees. Some pins and needles have gone in arms and shoulders reference to my treatment. Fantastic experience: Since suffering a heavy fall about fifteen years ago, I’ve had severe pain in my lower back, which radiates to my hip, leg and groin area. Fantastic experience: Two years ago, I had spinal canal stenosis surgery to address trapped nerves. Although the operation was successful, I still experienced difficulties walking due to persisting nerve issues. Recently, I consulted with Sadiq regarding my spinal health and posture. Recognizing the need for further improvement, I committed to a 10-week adjustment program. Combined with aqua aerobics and pool walking Remarkably, by weeks 8, 9, and 10, I was walking 100% pain-free. Fantastic experience: I visited copa after some nagging from my partner (who is also a patient), as I was complaining of back, neck pain,headaches due to poor posture and was really struggling. I was reluctant to go, due to having used chiropractors in the past, but not achieving results. From the moment I entered the team have been nothing but welcoming and the practice has a wonderful friendly and modern feel, initially I was hesitant with the communal treatment room, but in fact this is now one of my favorite aspects of the place. I had an initial consultation with Sadique, where we spent time going through my issues and included a thorough posture consultation/scan which I have never encountered before, I never once felt rushed and Sadique assured me he would be able to help with my posture issues, but was also very clear as to what could be achievable, which would then help to settle some of my other issues such as headaches, anxiety, digestive issues and knee pain. I was skeptical as I thought 'ive heard this before' but took the chance and arranged for a 12 week posture correction. I'm currently half way through my treatment with Copa and Sadique especially, and I know people tend to throw these words around a lot but the last 6 weeks have truly brought a massive change to my life. From my first adjustment session, Sadique was understanding (as I was incredibly nervous,) patient and explained in detail what adjustments he was doing and what I can expect after the adjustment, whereas most seem to adjust you and throw you out the door. Great care was taken to put me at ease and now I look forward to my appointments. My posture has immensely improved, I can now sit and stand tall, relax in the evenings with no stomach aches from being hunched over all day. BUT the biggest change has been psychologically- my anxiety has hugely reduced, im no longer tense, stuck in fight or flight mode and this has transformed my life. I am confident and can stand tall! The reception team are always so genuinely welcome and friendly, and on the odd occasions where I have had to bring my young daughter with me, they have been super flexible. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with constant lower pack pain, sciatica and neck pain. I started at copa chiropractic 6 weeks ago, having 2 sessions a week. Since starting I feel so much better. My sleep is better, I get a lot less headaches and my back pain has eased to the point that some days i dont even notice it. Overall I feel more relaxed in my body. Everyone there is lovely and welcoming. My sessions are with James Barber. James is very approachable and easy to talk to. I've been given exercises and stretches I can do at home to help with the recovery. I work shift patterns and they were very accomodating. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've had back and neck pain as long as I can remember. It peaks and troughs but was at its worst before I started treatment with Sadique. Treatment is thorough and wonderfully effective. Before I started having adjustments I suffered with extreme back pain,debilitating migraines,tension, stiffness and insomnia(that is just a few things I suffered with. Honestly I could hardly function or move properly at times. Fantastic experience: Experiencing severe upper back and neck pain, I decided to take up the offer of a consultation. Dr. Sadique carried out a thorough assessment, pinpointed the problem areas and carefully explained the rehabilitation process. I opted for a 24 session therapy. After just a few adjustments, I had a significant improvement in upper back movement, and now just after halfway through, the improvement is 10-fold.
