Fantastic experience: Karen is an amazing chiropractor as well as a person. She takes the time to understand your issue(s) and does her best to help you fix it/them. I was surprised to feel relieved after my first session, although I knew it would be something to do again to maintain that feeling. I have experienced tension headaches and severe migraines every day for more than a month, and no treatment seemed to improve my health until my last one while having sessions with Karen.

Fantastic experience: Karen has been brilliant. Solved my back problems after days of not being able to move my neck. Then she kept me functional while doing some physical work that was leaving me laying down on the floor every day. Now I do some exercises she gave me and I'm not having pain anymore. It's also worth mentioning that everything is very clean, she puts a lot of effort into cleaning equipment and the room between visits. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Karen was so great. She understood my problems after a thorough examination, and worked towards alleviating my pain while making sure it did not aggravate (which is not easy!). Unfortunately my lower back went into spasm, setting off a bad case of sciatica early into my vacation in London. Three sessions with her and I was walking (as opposed to shuffling at snail speed), driving, and walking up and down small hills in the peaks. My youngest daughter was showing signs of having a preference for looking to left so I booked a consultation with Karen when she was only 4 weeks to help prevent further imbalance. Fantastic experience: I was having persistent back discomfort for months before I decided to see Karen for an initial consultation. After that, I signed up for 10 follow-up sessions with her. My back felt better after the first session and I started experiencing lasting improvements in comfort after the 3rd or 4th session. Honestly, I have not experienced the persistent back discomfort since then. Aside from back pains, I tend to have jaw tension due to clenching. On top of the help Karen provides during the sessions for my jaws, the sessions have made me become more aware of the state of jaw, and relaxing them as needed, significantly minimising this issue. Needless to say, Karen is a very skilled chiropractor, and to echo previous reviews, she is also an amazing person with a heart of gold. It's difficult to find such individuals in a place in London and I always come out the room feeling blessed to meet someone like her. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Saw Karen for multiple issues - sore pronator teres, rotator cuff impingement and an extremely painful IT Band. Karen was able to investigate each issue in great detail, helping to establish potential causes (young children, poor posture, desk based job) and provide immediate relief. My left IT Band was extremely painful and concerning to me. Weekly sessions over a couple of months saw rapid improvement. Karen doesn't just provide remedy to long standing issue/pain, she also provided details of strengthening exercises to do at home, tweaks to make in my lifestyle such that the above mentioned issues do not arise again. Fantastic experience: I first visited Karen for lower back issues a few years ago, i rolled out of a taxi at that time and walked out a new man. I lost her contact details (and she moved office) for a few years and am so happy that I have found her again. She is amazing and really helps in resolving my back issues. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with facet joint dysfunction in Thoracic spine. So much so that I could barely move or lie flat. A colleague recommended Karen. She is fabulous. After initial consultation, she explained what she intends to do and how long will it take. Even after the first session I felt the difference. After four sessions, i was back to full function but still had occasional pain. Karen spoke to my insurers directly and got me approval for additional sessions. Fantastic experience: Went to see KH Chiropractor when I had a compressed nerve in my lower back and I was impressed with the speed Karen isolated the issue, explaining the problem and advised how we would treat the issue. Over the past 3 months Karen has got back to fitness and I now have a regular appoint every 2 weeks with any issues with posture, tweaks or pains which Karen works on. Would definitely recommend Karen if Chiropractor needed in the city for specific injury or sports massage.......you can also buy yourself a coffee in the famous secret frog café after your treatment!

Fantastic experience: We came to Karen with our newborn daughter that was having sleeping problems. She absolutely loved Karen and the massage really helped her with the tummy time, being able to move her head both ways and strengthen her neck muscles. Fantastic experience: Karen is personable, professional, flexible, and truly understands a Doctor-Patient relationship and makes you truly comfortable during her sessions. Highly recommend! I had to see Karen on an emergency basis due to some debilitating back and shoulder pain which left me literally in pain with every breath. Karen saw me twice in one day (offering the second session as complimentary, which was incredibly generous of her) on very short notice. After the two sessions, it was like night and day, my back pain all but vanished, I had full mobility restored, and it no longer hurt whilst breathing. Fantastic experience: I first heard of KH Chiropractor when I found Karen was supporting a military charity called Hands for Hero’s. This charity supports all military personnel who have seen conflict. So firstly I’d like to Thank Karen for her generous support to myself and the military. I starting have back pains which where cause from Carry heavy equipment to which led to my back starting to round at the top and having poor posture. Since seeing Karen over the last two months my posture is getting better and the pain is no longer there. The sessions have been a huge benefit to my back and health. Fantastic experience: It was my time visiting a chiropractor, and Karen made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. I was in London on a business trip and felt tension building up in my neck, upper back, and upper spine area. I told Karen about the pains I was having, and she explained in great detail the causes of the tension. She even used this model of the human spine to visually explain to me where the tension is coming from. I’m a visual learner so this was a great demo! After hearing her expert diagnosis, we began the treatment. She adjusted my neck and cracked my back and shoulders, I felt great afterwards! I have seen Karen about once every six weeks with a long-term back condition and her work has meant that the associated pain has been better managed than ever and allowed me to remain active and in the best physical condition for over 15 years.

Fantastic experience: This was my first ever visit to a Chiropractor and didn't really know what to expect before my first session. I had been suffering with intense pain in my upper back and neck, so much so I couldn't turn my head to the left for about 8 months. Finally decided to do something about it and found Karen after reading her positive reviews. Karen is fantastic, I would recommend her highly. Her approach is very holistic and looked at the cause of my issue as well as relieving the pain I was in. She has given me a lot of good advice on posture, my bike setup, work desk, pillow and gym form. After reading a lot of negative comments on Chiro treatment it seems Karen uses a modern approach in comparison to others. I would defiantly say its been a longer road to recovery than I expected so you need some patience. After each session I felt more movement in my neck and pain relief but has taken me several weeks of treatment to be pain free. Obviously everyone is different but don't go expecting to be pain free in 1 session. Karen must have very strong hands (and elbows), it takes a few sessions to get used to the sports massage :) Overall she is a lovely woman, very friendly and professional. Hopefully she can relieve your pain as she has done for me! Ed

Fantastic experience: I was on the 1st day of a 30 day trip in the UK. Unfortunately I put my back out that day as well. I showed up on her step at opening and I could tell she was busy. She still booked me in almost immediately though still. She gave me a full hour treatment that allowed me to carry on my vacation pain free! I have been to many chiropractors over the years as I have a pre dated back issue. Karen was far more educated than any of them in how the body works. She took the time to work with your body to crack it . Each part she would crack individually, instead of forcing it all together.
