Fantastic experience: Over the years I have had experience of different Chiropractors. For me, Cariad Health has been exceptional, professionals at their best! I had a nasty fall and after several Drs visits because of the pain and then only giving me more painkillers saying it was muscular trauma. I was desperate for pain relief. I looked for my local Chiropractor to see if they could help. I found Cariad Health in Barry. On my first visit I was assessed and Hadley diagnosed a condition with my spine which without an xray couldn't confirm. He immediately wrote an email to my Dr's insisting I have a spine xray to verify the problem as he was sure it wasn't only muscular and for them to consider a thoracic compression fracture. The xray results came back positive, i have a wedge fracture at T11. Cariad Health are true to their word, patients are their first priority and their technical and manipulative skills are of the highest calibre. I highly recommend if you have any issues RING Cariad Health.

Fantastic experience: I had a lower back and thigh issues and went for treatment to relieve the pain. Hadley was very professional and suggested that the issue might be something more than a strain. After treatment with Hadley and a follow up course of treatment with Bryony I managed to see a doctor who was a bit sceptic when I suggested the issue was something more than a strain. But on Hadleys recommendation I asked for a blood test which confirmed Hadleys prognosis and I have started a course of tablets which should show positive results very quickly. I cannot fault the service I received from both Hadley and Bryony and would thoroughly recommend Cariad Health in Barry. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Angeliki for Sports massage therapy for a while now and it has been a fantastic way to aid recovery and improve performance from playing rugby and lifting weights on top of working a physical job. I have been able to return to rugby after sustaining an ACL tear in just a few months and my treatment with Angeliki has been a key part of my recovery. I see improvements in wellbeing, output and pain from working the soft tissue. Angeliki is always professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Hadley-James at Cariad health Hereford today with my partner who has suffered with a bad back for years. He quickly pin pointed the problem. We found to be incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He ensured we could understand what he was explaining at every stage. Fantastic experience: Angeline has been providing Deep Tissue massage following back and leg issues over 6 months and I will continue with regular sessions as muscle maintenance is now just as important as the recovery, definitely recommend her services to keep muscle flexibility/quality as I get older.

Fantastic experience: Hadley is one of the best health practitioners I have seen in over 20 years. I have sciatica and chronic back pain. I have seen numerous other therapists who have either achieved very little or made things worse and caused back spasm. Hadley's approach is excellent, using sonar for accurate diagnostic and then focusing on relieving symptoms and addressing the root cause. For the first time in years I feel positive that things can improve. I would not hesitate in recommending Hadley.

Fantastic experience: Hi, anyone suffering with sciatica will know the pain and constantly stopping us from doing our daily tasks, I came to see Hadley at cariad health weeks ago as I didn't know what to do with myself, after the first consolation I was told it would take between 8 & 10 sessions, now 8 weeks later I have finish my course of treatment and I'm feeling much better, I'm still very conscious about how I move around but at least now I'm able to move, 8 weeks ago I couldn't walk, I recommend visiting hardly at cariad health if your suffering, good luck

Fantastic experience: I had excruciating sciatica like pain and was unable to stand up straight or walk without pain. It began suddenly in October and I went down the familiar GP route. I saw four different physiotherapists, who made no discernible difference and I was given a small carrier bag full of drugs. I was actually told by a physio ‘there isn’t much we can do about pain’ . Simply because the physio said not to visit a chiropractor I decided to go immediately. I had never been to one before so it was a bit of a leap for me, but ultimately one I’m delighted I took. Hadley took a full history and began treatment. Within days of treatment and following simple advice about stretches I could stand up straight with no pain for the first time in three months, and I could walk normally instead of having to stop every 100 steps. My sessions of treatment are now over and I don’t need any painkillers whatsoever (previously I had been on 13/14 pills a day). So do I recommend you try chiropractic treatment? Yes! Do I recommend Cariad? Definitely! I expect to go back in a couple of weeks for some treatment for a painful neck and I firmly believe that will be either vastly improved or totally alleviated. I’m 62 I don’t expect to have the musculoskeletal integrity of an 18 year old so I fully expect I’ll need to return to get things sorted out on occasion And I won’t hesitate.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Hadley for a good many years regularly and even if I think I am doing ok, he always makes me feel even better after a few of his clever tricks. He had also helped in a couple of emergency trips, when I've managed to do something, usually just a day or two before a long awaited holiday, but he always manages to put me back to full working order, and squeezing me in between appointments at short notice. He's not just good at what he does, he takes a genuine interest in you as a person, not just a patient. Highly recommend going to see him.

Fantastic experience: I’m fortunate Hadley works a couple of days a month in Jersey. He’s been helping me for the last 5 years - about 9 years ago I put my foot down a rabbit hole on the golf course and prolapsed a disc in my back, giving me nerve damage and constant sciatica. Usually it’s a monthly check and minor correction, but I also make him work by turning up with my lower back in spasm. Not a problem - I always walk out in far better shape than how I walk in! For example 3 years ago my back went whilst on holiday, jeopardising the chance to get my first cap for the Jersey Golf Team. In severe pain with my lower back pretty much locked, I got back home 2 days before the match against Guernsey. Hadley got me in the next day, worked his magic and the following day I was teeing it up, feeling loose and swinging freely, and picking up 2 wins from 3 on my debut. I throw him a curveball occasionally but he’s always more than up to the task. Some are apprehensive visiting the Chiro - for me it’s a highlight. I know I’m in the best hands, we have a good natter too (he also likes his golf) and I’ll feel great when I leave. Can’t thank him enough for what he does.

Fantastic experience: When I first met HJ my back was a wreck. I struggled to sit for longer periods, I didn't sleep well at all. From the first contact information was clear and replay was quick. At first appointment there was a lot of relevant questions in very friendly atmosphere. Currently after several treatments and long break I came back to HJ and feel the difference after one appointment. So I don't think I'll allow myself such a long break ever again Thank you for opening services in Barry! Game changer

Fantastic experience: I contacted hadley with back pain that i had been having for 6 weeks. This is due to me being an electrician, playing football and being constantly on the go. I looked up cariad on google, looked at the reviews and thought this seems the right person to get me sorted. I managed to book an appointment and get there the same day. After being seen we booked appointments for the next few weeks. Fast forward a few weeks, my pain is gone and my back feels stronger than ever. This guy 100% knows his stuff. Highly recomended
