Fantastic experience: What I think is great about this studio is that they haven’t jumped on the trend of reformer Pilates. Belfast already has so many. Instead, they’ve done something new and offer barre which is amazing. I am praying this studio will come out with a monthly membership for students. I would join immediately. The class times are great too.

Her combination of massage, adjustment and exercise is so helpful. She helped alleviate pelvic girdle pain for me during my second pregnancy and I was so glad to return today 4 years later for help with back pain and receive the same level of care. Nellie Studio is a beautiful space and I can’t wait to revisit.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had two sports massages with Riana and it has been such a positive experience. I have had a recurring back issue that regularly flares up which has prevented me from doing any training and Riana has been amazing with alleviating the pain in that area but also with assessing other areas of the back that could be contributing to the flare ups. She has shown a real eagerness to get to the root cause of the back pain and offer guidance on how to prevent it happening in the future which has been so beneficial in helping me manage training and getting back to being pain free. I would strongly recommend - particularly to anyone who does sport and has any recurring injuries.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share a review for Riana, after my sports massage treatment with her yesterday. She mentioned that she had only just started in Restore Osteopathy a few days previous, but she was fantastic from the start. She was professional, listened to my concerns and was really keen to try and help. The massage itself was brilliant, and she checked in on pressure and how I was feeling throughout. I would really recommend her for massage, and on that note, I need to book another session asap!

Fantastic experience: Bec has helped me manage my severe aura migraines. I have major improvement in my neck area as it was often tight and sore, causing tension headaches. Bec is a great listener, identifying the root cause of the issue and providing a plan to continue at home. I have had no tension headaches or migraines since and feel more optimistic about my future, I highly recommend if you think your migraines are from stress and anxiety

Fantastic experience: I've suffered with my back and lots of other pains for well over 20 years and have spent quite a lot of money on chiropractors. I've never come away from any treatment for my aches and pains feeling as good and confident as I did today. Rebecca was so lovely and attentive to my problems and I came away feeling no pain for the first time in years. So lucky to have been treated by her. Work the exercises as homework and you’ll be back to your old self in no time. my advice is dont just do the one session … complete the treatment and learn how to treat your body so you dont have to go back. Fantastic experience: I desperately needed a sports massage to treat some tension in my back, neck and shoulders which I believed was causing my migraines. Upon arrival to the studio Daria had a very calm and welcoming presence which made me feel comfortable straight away. Her treatment was so thorough and I came away feeling incredibly relaxed. It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t experience a migraine since, I could not recommend Daria enough.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended Rebecca by a friend. Had hurt my shoulder at training and went for an appointment. Premises are super easy to find and central and it's a lovely treatment room. Rebecca was able to explain and show me what was wrong, worked on the area and gave me exercises with a follow up appointment booked for two weeks. Fantastic experience: I went to Restore last December with bad back and chest pains and was seen by Julia. A few appointments later and the pain had subsided considerably. At the end of the sessions I was shown some exercises to do at home to compliment the treatment. I also received the exercises in an email, which was really useful to refer back to between appointments. After a particularly bad flare up between appointments, I emailed Julia asking for some exercises/stretches I could do until I could be seen. I was pleasantly surprised when a few hours later she responded with a list of them for me to try. I thorough recommend Julia, she is friendly, professional and been a great help in managing my back pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Restore Osteopathy twice now. Once was for pain in my heel and another for a muscle strain in my neck, both work related injuries. Both times Becky has solved the issue and provided hands on treatment to soothe the pain. She has provided exercises to strengthen and manage pain, as well as real world items that would be helpful in preventing any further injury. The atmosphere is cozy and safe. Additionally, Becky teaches wonderful pilates classes that help me feel connected and stronger in my body. I can't recommend Restore Osteopathy and Becky enough!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebecca and her treatment for my sciatica. She took such great time and care to establish the problem and get to the root of the issue, quickly realising that it was piriformis syndrome rather than sciatica. I had the treatment only a day ago and have 90% less pain and lots more movement than I had for almost a month. She took her time, was kind and polite, wonderful chat and was also incredibly knowledgeable. I a thoroughly looking forward to my follow-up and joining the Restore and Studio 52 for some Pilates and yoga!

Fantastic experience: Julia is helping me for a few months now, and I couldn't recommend her any higher. She is patient, very supportive, but not intrusive. She pays attention to details, and with interventions that seem gentle and minimal, she makes a real difference. All her recommendations and exercises are doable. I came to her with a long list of things I couldn't address properly for last 3years, going from one specialist to another, but finally I feel that I'm making a progress. If you need someone with holistic approach, look no further.
