Peter was my physio therapist, amazingly good he left, now i have Kelly who is absolutely amazing aswell, was a bit anxious moving pyshio therapist, shes been amazingly wonderful, so friendly great at her job i feel great after i come out. Highly recommend Kelly if your booking a appointment.

Fantastic experience: Been here for two issues I have had, back pain and tennis elbow. Back pain now gone and non persistent. Currently still in treatment for tennis elbow however they have the equipment and also a private gym to show you techniques and exercises you can do in your own gym or at home. Will definitely be back again if more problems arise as their advice worked from previous appointments.

Positive experience: Went here for my sciatica problem. Only had a couple of session's because it's a bit expensive at £40 for first session and then £35 after. Although I did feel I was in very experienced hands and felt a difference after my first session. If only I had health insurance I would definitely keep going back.

Negative experience: After bringing my son to this clinic and him attending 10 times for treatment no improvement they even changed the perfect half way through his treatment and still wanted him to keep attending after the ten treatments we then got an appointment from the NHS and found out they were treating him for something he never had also was told he could start running on his last appointment only to be told that would have made things worse keep you coming as long as you willing to pay

I had tried a number of different places but nothing seemed to work. A few sessions here an I could see an improvement. Top quality service and advice on after care. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Belfast Back Care enough and especially Owen. I have an autistic son who I frequently have to lift and carry. It can be quite physically demanding especially as he gets older. I managed to severely damage my neck and shoulder to the extent that I could not turn in the car and was in a lot of pain night and day. I was deeply worried about this as it persisted for a few weeks and did not seem to be getting better. I worried about the impact on my job and in how I could look after my son in future. On arriving at the Belfast Back centre it was obvious how popular it was. I was soon met by Owen and he examined me, reassured me and explained to me the causes and the treatment involved. Following coming home from the treatment I began to improve to the point where I am back to my normal self. It was also just in time for my holiday! I cannot thank them enough for such amazing treatment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I was diagnosed with a slipped disc, piriformis syndrome and sciatica and struggled to walk 10 metres at times. I have been to 4 NHS physiotherapists, 3 private physiotherapists, 1 kinesiologist, 1 orthopaedic surgeon, 3 orthopaedic consultants. It was only when I got an epidural injection at the hospital that I felt the slightest ease in pain over the past year. 3 sessions of physiotherapy and using the Theraflex machine with Karen at Belfast Back Care had me walking, swimming, running, and now back into sports. My father called her a miracle worker as we seen so many professionals and Karen was the only one to actually help/fix me and not waste my parents money. I can now go back to University, play sports and be able to go through my daily life without any pain. Thank you so much. I will be referring all my friends family and colleagues to you if they have any problems.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Belfast Back Care to treat back pain and muscle tightness, which I had been unable to get rid of on my own. They immediately saw the problem was posture related and down to the fact I was at a desk for most of the working week. I noticed a great improvement after just one session and with further guidance on stretching techniques I am now much better. I would definately recommend Belfast Back Care to anyone with back problems or any sporting injury.

Fantastic experience: Our staff spend long hours in front of computers and regularly use Belfast Back Care for 'MOT' checks. They are billed as 'back pain specialists' but are so much more than that. Their specialist physiotherapists have identified and treated a number of issues which were previously unknown to staff members. I would urge all Belfast businesses with healthcare plans to investigate using Belfast Back Care. Top marks from us.

Fantastic experience: I had been crippled by back and buttock pain for years and put it down to Sciatica. I made an appointment with Belfast Back Care who were able to deduce that I actually had one leg shorter than the other (apparently this is quite common). This was causing me to be walking at a slight tilt which was straining my back and buttock. The therapist was able to painlesly fix my leg during my first appointment and I havent had a moment's pain since. I still attend the clinic to rectify the damage to my back and loosen the muscle in my buttock. The theraflex/boinic hand machine is amazing. Not only is it ultra effective in straightening my spine - it's also the best massage you'll ever get. I would strongly advise anyone with any sort of back pain to pay these guys a visit. For the sake of a few quid, you'll have a new lease of life. It really does pay to go to a specialist. I had been going to doctors and sports injusry therapists who were able to do nothing for me other than give me a painkiller or token exercise to do. I cant say enough good or thank them enough.
