Fantastic experience: I had an assessment appointment today with Ollie Palmer. Having never attended a chiropractor before I was quite nervous. I attended with sore neck/shoulder pain and I must say Ollie was fantastic. An incredibly down to earth, genuine and warm gentleman. He discovered the problem, helped to ease the pain and scheduled me in for an appt in 2 weeks to see how I am progressing. Ollie never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer any questions. I know that Ollie is recently new to the team, but he will be an incredible asset and I will certainly be recommending your clinic to those I know. I must also mention the lovely lady at reception (sadly I cannot remember her name) but what a lovely welcome, very chatty and kind. Thanks again to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over three months and have had a fantastic experience with the whole team. Dr Rachel is an excellent chiropractor, knowledgeable, caring, and highly professional. Kamil is an amazing masseuse who always leaves me feeling relaxed and renewed. Claire is a brilliant nutritionist, offering practical and supportive advice, and Jill’s reflexology sessions are wonderfully calming. They are all amazing, and I highly recommend them.

She regularly releases twists and restrictions caused by old riding accidents , arthritic changes and far too many birthdays . Fantastic experience: Doctor Caroline Scott is an absolute blessing who was recommend to me and I have been going to her with different mobility issues for about 3 years now. I’ve found her expertise hugely beneficial in relieving the pain I had in both my knee and hip. My doctor had referred me for a steroid injection in my knee, which didn’t work and I really wish I’d gone to Caroline as her magic hands relieved the pain almost immediately. In my opinion she is the best Chiropractor around and thanks to her care, I’ve got my life back! Caroline has a real interest in my health and physical well being and I have recommended her to all of my friends and family who are so thankful to have her as their go to person when health issues arise. I highly recommend Caroline as the service she provides is precious and I’ll always go to her when needed. She’s a godsend!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Belfast Chiropractor Clinic for over 30yrs and over the last number of years I've been getting treatment from Rachel. I can honestly say the staff are fantastic. You're always made to feel welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try hypnotherapy to address persistent poor sleep and the resultant constant fatigue. I had tried all the sleep hygiene techniques, read the books, listened to the podcasts without any lasting improvement. Hypnotherapy was almost a “might as well see the shrink; nothing else has worked” type of decision. When Sharon suggested that 3 sessions normally makes a difference, I was inwardly thinking - “you’re in for a challenge with me; I’m here for the rest of the year”. Sharon has wonderful ability to explain how the brain works, how hypnotherapy is scientifically based and far from its whacky image, and that rapid improvement is the norm. I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions, felt I was getting sound advice and acquired simple but effective tools to use. There is nothing mystical or intrusive about hypnotherapy - in the hands of a professional. On the contrary, I found it enlightening, interesting, and demystifying. Three sessions did indeed make a huge improvement. I miss the conversations with Sharon already.

Fantastic experience: I met with Sharon with a severe fear of flying. From the first 10 minutes within her beautiful calm and welcoming office I could start to feel my shoulders dropping, ready to go. Sharon's guidance and expertise through the whole process of how she was going to help, by the holistic approach of clinical hypnotherapy, not just the primary fear and anxiety that comes with my phobia, but how her hypnotherapy can help with my anxiety, depression and even my chronic pain and other health issues. After the first session, I know longer had my usual reccuring nightmares of going to the airport and being terrified to get on the plane. By session 3 I was armed with tools and techniques that I have used throughout my day to day life and I can now genuinely look forward to my holiday in a few weeks! I can't thank Sharon enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter, aged 12, had hypnotherapy sessions with Sharon Clare to support her with a severe phobia of needles before a planned surgical procedure. Sharon was amazing with my daughter, listened to her and tailored her sessions accordingly. She successfully treated her and she can now see a needle without running away and can have routine immunisations (which caused massive issues prior to hypnotherapy) In my daughter’s words “I can think of needles and see them and not feel petrified. I also feel I have been managing my general anxiety better and feel a lot calmer in situations that cause stress.” We are really grateful for the support and sessions from Sharon to support her to overcome her phobia. We would recommend Sharon to anyone that suffers with phobia's, but also anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I have been to see Kamil about 5 times in the last 2/3 months and can really feel the difference! I was suffering with terrible pressure headaches and neck and back pain. The headaches are gone, my back and neck feel so much more relaxed and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had back pain either. I’ve had many deep tissue massages before and this is by far the best. Highly recommend! Bonus - very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: I really feel the benefit of this intense treatment. My calves, hamstrings and lower back have been so tight that I find walking can be painful. I can already feel the easing from a hours targeted treatment. Not a pamper treatment, but a proper massage. Next session booked already.
