Fantastic experience: Following 4 weeks of 1:1 reformer pilates. Great improvement in mobility/ stability / strength. Progressing onto regular reformer pilates classes. Excellent instructor with a weekly plan of care/programme. Professional with a good client/ instructor relationship.

Positive experience: Shannon took note of my joint issues and did some manual massage. It is difficult at this early stage to state if there is significant improvement but Shannon had said she would email me some exercises to do before my. Next session so I am hoping these might help further once they arrive. Shannon was very professional in her approach.

She really went the extra mile to get me in and fix the issue and for the first time in weeks I was no hobbling when I walked. Highest praise and recommendation for her practice in Belfast.

The receptionist gave me a couple of options for my first appointment and from there on the online system was easy to navigate. My appointments were with Tom Withers and I was very impressed with his knowledge and manners. He listened closely to how I had injured myself, explained clearly what he believed was wrong and told me exactly how he was going to treat me. I had 4 sessions in total and by following the exercises in between appointments I am delighted to be fully recovered. Tom put me at ease the whole process and I would fully recommend him and the team. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: I contacted Physio works back in June as my partner had been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis. I was just making some enquiries as I didn't really know what we needed. I was contacted by Peter who could not have been more understanding and helpful he explained what the process would be and we arranged a consultation. We never looked back Peter has such a caring genuine nature, he really put both my partner and myself at ease and he had a very clear plan of action. 6 months on my partner has almost fully recovered and that's something we weren't sure would happen. We can't thank Peter enough and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I attended today as a patient - i have an ongoing sciatica for the last 6 months that I just can't shake. David took my history attentively and assessed my movements thoroughly. He did treatment throughout and kept testing my movement. I got immediate relief in the session and a great plan for home. He was clear and I know the exercises will work as we've tested them. Great start ! Thoroughly recommended!

The man who answered the call was very kind and understanding. He got another physio, Debbie, on the phone to discuss an appointment. Fantastic experience: I had two wee sessions before Christmas for a shoulder issue. It had been a problem for nearly half a year, but two visits has me nearly good as new. Mark is great and highly recommended. They're affordable and much handier than going public and waiting on an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have attended PhysioWorks previously, mainly for running related problems. I booked in with Debbie for a couple of appointments before my 1st marathon (October 2024) I was struggling mainly with back pain, and a few niggles. I haven't got the words to describe Debbie, apart from a miracle worker. I ran my 1st Marathon without an ache nor pain, and that is thanks to the work that Debbie did, especially the 4 days previous, and the advice I took away with me. Cannot recommend enough.

Having suffered a significant back injury; David, through his treatment and attention to detail has eased my pain, got me moving, helped me navigate and understand MRI scans and results, and structured a plan to get me back to work and completing day to day tasks. Mark has been brilliant, he’s worked with me to get the elbow back to being strong and stable and continues to help me with ensure that it stays in good shape.
