Fantastic experience: Kate is simply fantastic and I couldn't recommend her enough! I have suffered with migraines for a number of years and they began to get increasingly worse and became more and more frequent. After a bit of research, chiropractors can help with migraines and my mum (who is also a client) recommend Kate. Kates knowledge is incredible and during my initial appointment she explained my skeleton structure and also what could be causing my migraines. I was blown away with all the information she gave me and was pleased that I could be helped in many ways, not just for the migraines. I booked in for 6 weekly sessions and was worked on over this period and given exercises to do at home. It has been nearly three months now and I haven't had a migraine! Fantastic experience: I went to Lauren because I was suffering almost daily migraines. Within a very short time my migraine frequency improved to the extent that in the last two weeks I have not had one at all. I have seen many doctors in the past and they have treated the symptoms whereas Lauren quickly identified the cause and with her treatment there was an immediate improvement. Fantastic experience: I never ever ever get back pain but did recently through moving a BBQ of all things ‍♂️ and was told by the other half to go see a chiropractor, after a few nudges and pushes etc from her indoors I agreed and she booked me an appointment, after 2 sessions I could feel the treatment was working and I’m now on session 4 and it’s just about right, session 5 + will now be about prevention and building my core. The pain in my lower back was excruciating and when you have this it’s not nice at all and makes you realise just how important it is!
